Tried to get samples. They won't do. So they told me to order and pay for samples. Which I did. We didn't like the product and went to return. They charge a restock fee for generic samples. RIPOFF. Do not use this company. It is a ripoff. And you have to pay shipping for return. Do not use this company. Liars.
EpicSports is a fantastic website that is simple to use and discover what I'm looking for. They have a large product variety. The pricing on this website is reasonable. Check the size chart before placing your order. I've placed two orders with them, and each time everything has been amazing.
I ordered two pairs of baseball pants. I was given a date for delivery the following week. Three weeks after I ordered them I ordered a backup pair from another company because every time I tried to contact customer service I got to talk to a robot and never got an answer on when my package would arrive. It arrived the day after the backup pair arrived. I will never order from Epic Sports again!
Overall the quality of the goods are okay, Speed of delivery and order processing is really great. I haven't worked with customer service so I have no opinion about them.
I made an order that required two shipments. The first box arrived with shipping tape to cover a hole that had been ripped open. The order confirmation didn't specify what was included in each shipment. I contacted EPIC Sports to ask what was supposed to be in the first shipment. They emailed and told me the contents. A portion of the shipment must've fell out of the box during shipment. I have sent multiple emails and tried to make contact with the company so the shipment could be made whole, but I've only received automated responses through email and I can't get anyone to help replace the lost item. A month later and I still haven't the remainder of my order.

Sent wrong items been trying for a week to return. No phone number for person, on line chat seems to be multitasking and continued to ask same question, also have 3 different responses on restock fee (25%). Was told if replacement was 10% over return cost there would be no charge, after I placed new order they said it had to be pre approved. Same person later said then 90%. Save the headache not worth the savings
Ordered my clothes on a Saturday evening and received them the following Wednesday. Exactly what I ordered.

They don't tell you this but if you don't answer the phone within the allotted time of delivery they return the item WITHOUT contacting you via email and then bill you for the return an ridiculous shipping rate. They even admitted fault and refunded me some of my shipping for returning but I'm going after all the cost plus legal fees. ALSO they censor their reviews. Notice you can't leave a review on their site directly. Hmmmm
Ordered hockey socks that are named scarlet, the screen on my end shows maroon which is what I want. The socks get here and the are red. They said they will take them back with a restock fee of 10%. I agreed, sent them back for $7.24 through USPS which was the cheapest. I get the refund for $5.67 but the original cost was $12.78. I contacted them and they said the original shipping is not included but that is not what they told me the first time before I decide to return the red and not maroon socks. So now I have spent 7.24 to ship them back and lost $7 on the original order... Had I clearly been told the original shipping cost would not have been refunded I would reluctantly kept the red socks but now I have no hockey socks and literally threw 13 dollars in the trash. Nice customer service.
I have ordered for an entire team 3x from epic sports. The jerseys we received were good quality, ran slightly big.
In April our order included 2 size small white and black jerseys and 2 size small green and white jerseys. Instead we were sent 1 size small in each color and an extra medium in each color. When I alerted the company it took over 2 weeks to get an answer then when I did they sent out 2 New Jersey's that did not have an arrival date for another week! Being tired of having a little girl with no jersey for the 3rd week in a row I ordered 2 new ones 2 day air. They didn't even get shipped for 2 days and she had ANOTHER game without a jersey. Then when their replacement jerseys finally came they were both green and white.
Epic has given me no response since I've emailed them. We will not use them again.
Size runs small. Two shirts same size and only one fits. Then I have to pay restocking to send back and if I want to order the next size up I have to pay for shipping again. Disappointing
Bad company for support and returns. I ordered size 11.5 umpire shoes. Box was correct size but shoes were o my 11. They refused to provide a return shipping label and when they got them back they said they were unreliable and would not give refund. Horrible customer service response
Got great deals on some sports jerseys. Items shipped as fast as promised. One order actually came faster. Was hesitant at first since it was a new site to me, but had a great experience and will likely order more next time I need sports gear.
We placed a order on 4/30/21. We paid for 3 day shipping and in the receipt we were told "should receive products by 5/5/21. It's currently the 10th and no word on it or when our items will ship. There is. I one way talk to a human, only online chat. I won't ever order from this site again.
I purchased 10 golf jackets for my son's high school golf team, out of my own pocket. The start of the season was delayed by the National Health Crisis that most people are familiar with. Apparently, Epic sports is not. Once the golf team was finally picked, I tried to return the ones that didn't fit. The return was repeatedly denied by customer service. Our return policy is 30 days, sorry. Will never do business with them again out of spite.
Paid almost $37.00 for 2 day shipping to arrive in the a.m. and package didn't arrive like expected. Contacted customer service and they reached out to the vendor to see what the problem is BUT that can take up to 24 hrs for a response. DO NOT trust paying more for shipping and expect it to arrive on time!
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
