I received my order just fine. However I was disappointed when I ordered...you were out of a size I needed. Called to ask what was equivalent to what I needed. The customer service person had NO information. So it was very disappointing. And I would figure you'd offer free shipping at some price break but I didn't see that anywhere on your site.

My husband said that sanitary socks were very thin. He wore them when he was in little league( many years ago). I broke my ankle and I need very thin socks to be able to get a shoe on. These weren't what we thought, so I will put them away until the swelling goes down on my foot.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
