NOT WORTH the discounted savings. I purchased a chest protector and the description was not what I received. Trying to reach someone is impossible! You can talk to someone in sales, but they will not help you unless you buy something otherwise they will transfer you back into the que. RE: the return you the customer will pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping. In the end your better off buying from one of the many other companies for your needs. They all will have someone answering phones, No "restocking fees" just a better experience. STAY AWAY from epic sports. It's a rip off!
Bought 11 items off of the website. Order arrived pretty quickly, but that's about the only thing good I can say. 3 of the 11 items were sent out of the package and also with stains on them. You can only get "customer service" through their website, which about amounts to them asking the same questions you provided (including photos) that you needed to in order to even send them a message in the first place. Each response from Morgan from the first got worse and worse. Asking for more pics, going to file a claim with the carrier when the box is in fine and perfect condition and the whole process is clearly designed to waste their customers time until they give up. There are so many other sites to buy sports equipment that I suggest you try anyone else than Epic(fail) Sports. BUYER BEWARE!
Epic Sport has bad customer service. Never order from a vendor that does allow you to speak to a live person. They advertise 24 hour chat but it's not 24 hours and not at all helpful. There also fraudulent, I was told via email that a credit was issued to my credit card, which was a lie. When I tried to follow up I was told via email the account was closed and they can't help me. I have had to retain an attorney because one thing I can't tolerate is a thief.
EpicSports site was easy to navigate. The selection descriptions were very useful. The delivery process was timely. The product was exactly what I wanted at a good price.

I ordered a pink or blue purple and gray shirt. In my photo my logo lady is wearing a white shirt. However her shirt is Every color but white on the shirts they sent. There's a white line down the middle of my logo on every shirt. The backgrounds are also a different shade on each shirt. The border Should be white and it to is pink purple blue and gray. On the pink shirt border is kind of wrinkly stuck together. However this company will not refund my money. I will never order from this company again their customer service is $#*! their printers are $#*! also do not order from this company save yourself the disappointment and money. It takes three $#*!ing weeks for the bull$#*! to even arrive and yet they don't want to give a refund. I would never order from them again.

BUYER BEWARE! I placed my order on December 8th and was supposed to be delivered 12/20/21. I contacted support for tracking information for two days with nothing but automated responses telling me to check their website. Their claim to have live agents is completely BOGUS. Now I get an email telling me that my item is out of stock making it too late to get a replacement for Christmas. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY EVER AGAIN!
We ordered a comforter set for for our son on 12-9-2021 and it was supposed to arrive on 12-21-2021.
We don't hear anything for 11 days so I email them asking for status and they respond with someone will get back to you
Next day we are told it's out of stock
Why would you take our money and then tell us 12 days later the item is out of stock
I had to email them to get an answer

The dance boots do run small but luckily my daughter can fit hers. Recommend going 2 sizes up. Otherwise the boots look nice and look like they will last.
I have had good luck with Epic Sports, but on my most recent order, I did not receive my order. After more than 6 weeks I received an email saying my order was returned and I was charged a $40. Re-stocking fee. I never received the order and did not return it. I will not buy from them again.

Sizes, thats if your lucky enough to receive anything. Trick you with uncharges to ensure a reasonable delivery time only to not even "pick", much less ship the item before the EXPECTED DELIVERY date.
Customer service is incompetent if you are dedicated enough to wait the hours it takes to reach a "online live agent." I have called the "customer service" number over 10 times only to be forced to leave a call back number that is never called back, to be disconnected or to be hung up on almost instantly once a real person is reached.
I attempted for a week to make a solution that would settle my issues with minimal damage to the teams involved but clearly this is not a company looking to do anything other than steal your money.
I purchased several items they were two big sizes don't run true to size I'm a Tailor. I returned them with no restocking fee it took forever for them to send my money back and me being foolish I bought the same items but larger they took restocking fees and kept my taxes. Everyone has ever faced the situaton when he/she needed a new accomodation. Couple of months ago I have decided to sell my apartments and acquire new ones. I have applied to tis company and they did everything perfectly. They politely helped me to choose new accomodation, area where I will live and other minor things. I have already moved and want to thank this company because I'm very happy nowadays.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
