Awful company to work with, awful customer service. You better hope you don't need to return as they will charge you up the $#*! for returns. Restocking fees to send back. They will also charge you the shipping cost of the the original order you are returning ON TOP of you paying the return shipping cost back to them. All in all you will only get half of your order in credit if lucky. Don't buy form them. Not sure how they are even in business yet at this rate. Terrible from start to finish.
Ordered umpire pants from clearance. All stated true to size on website. We receive them and 36" waist came in as a 30" waist. Tried multiple times to get help and never could receive a response or help from customer service. There is also no phone number to call for help. I spent $240 and can't wear half the items we ordered.

The shirts and embroidery are fine. The customer service is terrible. I can never get a hold of a person. I waited multiple times for a long time to get an answer through the chat and they still didn't answer my question. I did not get a response when I emailed. The prices may be good but it's not worth the bad customer service.
I ordered 2 shirts with name and number printed. Received them in a timely manner. They were 2 different sizes. One was too big and the other was way too big. So im guessing the sizes run big to begin with. And you cant get 2 of the same size.

The football pants I got were NOT the same as what were pictures on the website. I tried to contact them for help and NEVER got a response other than automated emails. I tried calling. That was a joke. I tried "live" chatting. Ya, right. Good luck if you have any issues with your purchase!

I ordered 4 long sleeve shirts for my grandsons. When I received them, 1 of the shirts was short sleeve. I contacted them through Chat... YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE!... I sent them pictures of the shirt and the package it arrived in and everything. It's been over a month and I still haven't received a replacement, a phone call or anything other than an email telling me that they're busy fulfilling new orders, so it may take a while to get to my case. Wow, that's just wrong! Shouldn't your prior customers receive priority? I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH EPIC SPORTS & I'LL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THEM!
If you order from them, just pray you don't have any issues because their customer service agents are rude and will only make matters worse. I ordered jackets from them as a surprise gift fro a group of kids I'm working with. It had been a month since I placed the 2 orders and nothing had shipped yet. One order's ETA had already been pushed back once, and the other's ETA had passed with no update at all from them. So, I decided to use their live chat option to see if I could get more of a detailed update and possibly work out a way to ensure they get here on time. Form the beginning, the customer service agent (service agent Logan) was snippy with me blaming me for the delays and never doing anything to reassure me about their arrival or help me at all. Then, out of nowhere, he cancels both my orders. This after I explicitly stated earlier in the conversation that I did not want to cancel. I immediately responded saying no I did not want that, please don't do that. He then took 30 minutes to respond to me and said that he can't reverse it and snarkily told me it was the only way to "make it right" with me. Now, I do not have the time or money to repurchase the items which were going to be a gift for a group of underprivileged children. So, he entirely ruined that. He also caused me severe emotional stress as a result. Plus, it was just a dumb move considering these items were customized and from the little information the agent provided me at the beginning of our conversation, at least some had already been customized, so they're going to end up losing money on those jackets since they refuse to reverse the cancellation I didn't ask for. But, on top of all that, I then had another issue. The card used to purchase the orders had since been cancelled due to credit card fraud issues. Which he would have known if had bothered to give me a choice in the cancellation before going through with it. Overall, my experience thus far with epic sports has been absolutely dreadful. Yeah their prices are cheap, but with that you get no guaranteed arrival date or help at all. I've left an email with customer service to figure out how I'm getting this refund I didn't want. We'll see how that goes.
Purchased adult l for my grandson 4 to 6 weeks ahead of game in August. The arrive damaged and too big 2Weeks before 1st game 9. 7. 21. Finally get a human on the phone after weeks of dealing with the robots. ( no help at all) just to be told the only way he cant help me. And to get the item replaced talk with the robots. I still have damaged item 9. 21. 21 the only response I got from robot was wash them and the black soil will come out... grandson is only member without correct knickers. Epic still has my money. And i can't get the correct size youth xl or a clean item.
Well the prices are great but I was giving an estimate time of arrival which I get is just an estimate but just because it did not make it by that date I cannot get another date of when the plan of it arriving will be there's reasons people order things by certain dates usually because we have games and need the uniforms by those times I ordered on September 4th and I am still waiting on this order we have played two games and have not had uniforms to play them in I'm just very unhappy with the process and the overall communication with workers not being able to tell me a date on when I will receive my package because even before the arrival date was not met my package was still saying processed which means that it is being packaged and and waiting for pickup from the warehouse and now a week later somehow it is still being processed and waiting for pickup so I really don't believe the process that it is telling me when I type in my order number I'm just unsatisfied and I highly recommend ordering at least a month or so out if you want your shipment on time they give you five or six different options for certain dates to have them buy if you pay a select amount of money and I chose the middle option and I don't know why they give those options because they definitely do not try to meet those dates I'm just unhappy and I'm still waiting for my package I can only pray that the uniforms turn out right so I don't have to go through another issue.
I've had multiple orders over the last two months and only 1 has arrived when they said it would. I'm still waiting on an order that was supposed to be here on the 17th. Customer Service is a joke, one either you chat with a robot or your service tickets are updated with the exact thing that you have already said. Refunds (shipping) are never given for the items being late. Prices are good but shipping is terrible, from now on I will order else where and pay more for the item as to not wait so long on items and high shipping prices!

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
