Large selection. Good pricing. Smaller selection of items by well known brands, but mostly items from lesser known brands at lower prices. Quality on items purchased so far has been more than satisfactory.

I received (not new) garbage. They were not even folded in the bag, they were packed balled up as though they had been wrinkled like that for quite some time. You are asking me to launder them and they would still have to be pressed. I expect to launder them and press them if they came from the Goodwill. You indicated that I expected to much for sale items. They went in the trash. Won't buy again.
The shirts are very good my kids love wearing them. They say they are very comfortable. They wash very nicely. I love how you can get so many different colors in them. I will be ordering more when my boys need new ones. They came in about 2 weeks so they shipping is not bad. Just know that to plan on 2 weeks if you need them by a certain time unless you wanted to pay more for shipping.
We're now 2 days before the estimated delivery date (from across the country) and my items are still in their warehouse. Their customer service agent was very unprofessional and offered no info or even an apology.
The shirts we ordered were designed with team name, player name, and number. The shirts were produced quickly and arrived on the exact day that Epic estimated (14 days after the order) The boys loved the shirts. As the mom, I liked the quality and price! Thanks Epic!
They have very low prices on all of there product. They have very durable product last along time. I have the same batting gloves for 3 years now and there still going strong.

I ordered two plain jerseys from this company and I planned to have them customized by my local vinyl artist. These were for a big sis/little sis reveal for my daughter's squad. She is a senior this year so her last one. The date listed for shipping would have been in plenty of time, however, the shirts never came and I started trying to reach someone at the company as time was becoming an issue. No one would respond with actual help, just automated emails then follow up ones asking if it had been handled. I requested a phone number, they refused. FINALLY, waaaaaayyy after the "estimated" date the shirts came, but it was too late to make the event. So at that point I no longer needed them and didn't even open them. They weren't custom or even opened, so completely resellable. I thought, well I'll at least get the money back for these. Oh no no, not so fast, check the return policy. I got some label (not paid for, you have to pay that yourself), but if you don't have it post marked by some arbitrary number of days they won't refund you. Not the 30 days it says you have to return it, but some other weird time requirement I've never seen a company give before. Meanwhile, I am emailing back and forth with multiple employees (never the same one handling it) and I'm telling them how annoying this whole thing is and the bad review I'm going to leave due to their complete inconsistency, and their faulty estimate of shipping dates. They couldn't have cared less. The shirts were about 14-20$ total, I can't remember, and it would cost like 5 of that to ship it back. 20,677,988 different emails…. And bottom line I'm stuck with two shirts that I will never use. What a waste of time and $. BEWARE if you are buying a small order. I'm sure they give better attention to bulk orders, but who knows. Below is the final email they sent me. They have literally no reason to not have done the return, it's also not environmentally conscious to waste clothing like this. Anyway, anyone want to purchase these maroon jerseys?

I received an order from Epic Sports 2 wks ago I've request a return slip for the past 2 wks and no one has reached out to me. Im trying to return before the 30 days and the slip they originally sent me wasn't for the entire return it was only for partial now I want a slip to return all the products and no one is returning my emails. They are the worst company ever I can not talk to anyone no phone number just email. This sucks. I will never order from this place ever again

So I ordered the boys jersey and it was pretty see through and he wore it 2 days and the seems are already falling apart! Very poorly put together. Will not be buying again.

Tried to get samples. They won't do. So they told me to order and pay for samples. Which I did. We didn't like the product and went to return. They charge a restock fee for generic samples. RIPOFF. Do not use this company. It is a ripoff. And you have to pay shipping for return. Do not use this company. Liars.
EpicSports is a fantastic website that is simple to use and discover what I'm looking for. They have a large product variety. The pricing on this website is reasonable. Check the size chart before placing your order. I've placed two orders with them, and each time everything has been amazing.
I ordered two pairs of baseball pants. I was given a date for delivery the following week. Three weeks after I ordered them I ordered a backup pair from another company because every time I tried to contact customer service I got to talk to a robot and never got an answer on when my package would arrive. It arrived the day after the backup pair arrived. I will never order from Epic Sports again!
Overall the quality of the goods are okay, Speed of delivery and order processing is really great. I haven't worked with customer service so I have no opinion about them.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
