So happy with the quality and the fit of these youth visors. These were for our 8U softball team. The font is legible and large enough for the coaches to "remember" everyone's names and the kids and parents are happy that the girls have something to keep the sun out of their eyes in the field.
Everything was extremely easy and the communication was wonderful! I knew the status of the order from beginning to end!
I ordered 14 jerseys. 8 small, 6 medium.
I ordered rush shipping as we had a tournament we needed them for that weekend. The jerseys came in and went direct to the printer. When we passed out jerseys that morning we noticed once of the jerseys was a completely different jersey. The measurements weren't even the same.
Monday morning I contacted epic sports who absolutely refused to correct the issue. Stating since the item had been customized it's my problem now. They have absolutely no way to contact anyone via phone and their chat option is a complete joke. Rather than simply shipping the correct jersey, which would've been the right thing to do, they argued with me all day and kept repeating there was nothing they could do as it's "human error"
Even though, i agree this is human error; the company should be willing to fix it. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again, and neither should you.
They state that an email was received that said to "check each jersey carefully, as once the jersey was customized you take ownership of the item" this is a flat out lie. I have no notification of this.
We now have a 6 year old with an Ill fitting different jersey than her teammates because I trusted this company to send the correct items.
I don't know if I'm more annoyed at the absolute refusal to make THEIR mistake right, or the God awful customer service I received in the process.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
This is the worst company. They have no way to make contact with them. No responses an My packages are still missing

I recently purchased two discus from this company both show up damaged. When i went to return them there was no pre paid return ($16.00). Once they got returned i was charged a ($13.00) restocking fee. I am confused at this point because you are going to restock damaged items. Do not waste your time or money with theses scammers there are a lot of better sites then this one. TOTAL SCAM
Our soccer teams are always looking for fun socks for special events and tournaments or to replace uniform socks throughout the season. I always shop Epic because of the price point and because the service is awesome. Shipping status is accurate and deliveries are pretty quick.
We needed jerseys by a certain date. Our order status shows in progress with the past date. Customer service is terrible and closes tickets before an agent even responds. I'll change this rating if they overnight my order.
I placed a small order for about 25 ball caps in various colors and designs and received them quickly and order was correct. Will use again for large orders.

The company seemed responsive when I placed the order, and I was pleased with the quickness that the order was filled. Unfortunately, the order was not complete and this is where the problems start. There is no way at all to speak to anyone at Epic. They steer you to an online chat which is automated. Even if you call the toll free number and get through, they tell you it is for orders only and direct you back to the online chat. So end result nothing gets resolved. Work with a company that cares about their customers and has better customer service.
Great products, great price. Customer service was helpful in explaining what my shipping delay was caused by. I was able to cancel a few sizes of items to expedite my order.
They have availability when no one else does. They don't offer free shipping but their prices are lower than major distributors and there is no amount required to get their lowest price. I had the opportunity of using their chat for customer service and the response time plus knowledge and politeness was impecable. 100% recommended!

I ordered lime green and black socks, and most of them were, lime green and black, however there was 5 pair that were neon yellow and black (same design) but can definitely tell the difference when the people are out there on the field.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
