I placed an order for 12 embroidered bat backpacks, the representative I spoke with was very informative and patient with all of my questions. The order arrived a week earlier than scheduled. When ordering customized hats, I could not see the end product before placing the order. We have always ordered from Epic but this was our first time calling customer service with a problem. The hats we received were incorrect and only have the letter "A" on them opposed to LP. The customer service gentleman was not helpful and basically blamed me for the mistake. They did nothing to help correct this order. I will not order any further items from this company. He was rude and made me feel disrespected.
