14 of 15 pair of softball pants didnt fit correctly. We played switcharoo in order to get girls in the correct sizes. All the pants ran extremely small, while one parent went big and they were actually too big. All parents followed the guidelines of measurements, and none were accurate besides one. I called to see what could be done. All I get is sorry prices are so low that you will have to pay for 3 shipping amounts from $7-15 plus a restocking fee. I will be returning as many as we possibly can besides the Girls sizes.
I have a bad or defective ball never have used because it is defective. Need to return for a replacement.

My overall experience was great, I got what I needed at a great price. All I needed was available in the sizes I needed.
Epic Sports shipped order for team uniforms on-time with the right quantities the first time. Prices were excellent. Will do business with them again.
I ordered two beach chairs and later I received an email saying one was back ordered. The money was taken out of my account for both chairs immediately. I contacted EpicSports and placed an order by phone for a different color. The new order was a higher price so the difference was taken out of my account immediately as well. I received only one chair on February 21,2018. I emailed EpicSports and have not gotten a response to the email. I've called 3 times and was on hold for long periods each time. I talked to a Racheal and she said she would email the company that supplies them. I did not hear back from her so I called and left a message. I still didn't hear back from her. This morning I called again and Racheal contacted the company and was told they would ship the other chair. It's very frustrating to keep having to contact the company, waiting on hold and not hearing back about what's going on. When placed on hold you have to listen to annoying chatter and a recording telling you how much longer you have to hold.
Everything went just as planned. Was actually delivered ahead of schedule. I would use them again. Cost was lower than what I found elsewhere.

I have used Epic Sports for several years. We are a small Christian School with a limited budget. Epic offers quality products at an affordable price. Their customer service and communication is excellent. The products ordered come in a very timely manner.
Easy to shop and the order arrived 5 days before I was expecting them. I will use again. I'm be interested in using the customized piece but didn't feel it was worth the extra $$.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
