They are kinda shady and have so many games with a purchasable currency that is overpriced. Also, they literary made fortnight witch it is like 20 dollars to get some v bux that cant get you much. They also got sued by Apple for not paying them some of the income from their game which shows that they are very greedy. And they are banned from apple.

Okay. I will consider myself an og player. I mean i am not really the the one to play fortnite when i downloaded it there was + downloads already. I started playin fortnite when i 5 years old... Yep 5 years it may seem not true but it's real my age is now just 10 so I am not even a teen. Beause i am so young my parents won't buy me any v bucks but i not sad because the was soo fun even now i not asking for like one millon v bucks just because of my parents won't buy me v bucks i don't have any skins i use defulat skin. I've tried to buy Godfall during the sale, but as I own a version of the game that is only the end game, I can't buy the main game for the discounted price, I can only add the story pack which is not discounted at all
I've asked them 3 times now why I can't buy it, and now they are telling me to ask Gear Box, but it's not Gear Box that are in charge of the store
Useless customer support, friendly but dumb as bricks

Logging in. Linking and Unlinking accounts. They make this process nearly impossible just to play video games. I talked with their support chat and found out I had something called a "nameless" account which I had no idea what that was but had to switch it to a full account to use my Fortnite account on different consoles or something like that. If it sounds confusing, that because it is. Still never figured it out. If you link one account to epic with your Xbox nearly impossible to link that same account to Nintendo. I don't even know how to explain it because it makes no sense. I spent hours trying to figure how to do things that should be simple. Once you link accounts you can never change the account that is linked only unlink it. Again I don't know it's too confusing. My head hurts just thinking about it. Whoever came up with this process of linking and unlinking accounts and locking accounts linked should be fired immediately. You should have a one username and password to use your account on all platforms and consoles. All of this extra security/linking BS is unnecessary for VIDEO GAMES.

The plan was simple, I have my Nintendo switch account of Fortnite with all my skins and Vbucks, and I just made a PS4 account so I can play with keyboard and mouse. All I wanted was to have my account on the ps4 and the switch. So I went to that link account stuff and oh? I already have a different psn on it. Oh no big deal I'll just unlink it and then link my new one. But apparently you can't do that?!? What's the point of unlinking to begin with?! If you unlink it wipes all your save data so you might as well just make a new account!? And I already had my switch account on this epic account so if I linked it I'd have to start from scratch :/ the spider web of emails and accounts have gotten so jumbled that it hurts my head. Epic fix you god damn account system.

So I was banned because my account got hacked which I understand why they would do that. So when I tried to retrieve my account they had me verify myself as the creator of the account. I still can't get my account back because they're still waiting for "the creator of the account". So I don't why they would make me verify myself when they wouldn't even use that information. So now I can't play a game because Epic has been really bad at retrieving my account.

These people are terrible with customers and blatantly don't care for any concerns except making money. They won't answer your emails and won't answer questions and will instead divert you to online information in which doesn't help what so ever. Super glitchy games like Fortnite and others. Simply all they care about is money.

I've been dealing with the customer service team at Epic Games for over two weeks after a hack or glitch removed a cosmetic item and 3300 v bucks from my account. Dreadful service which focuses on not addressing the issue and passing the buck to Microsoft Xbox support. Despite creating a second complaint and requesting a supervisor review, I've been basically ignored. So my solution is to give up, walk away and not spend another dollar on v bucks. Great for business!

This company has the worst customer service ever. They make it unnecessarabley difficult to add v bucks to your ps4 and recommend site's that don't help resolve the problem and there's no phone contact and if you follow their instructions to hopefully get help it's not there. They even a the nerve to not refund you if your not pleased with their product. Why do stores sale their cards period.
