It took a while to get a response, but it was worth it. They helped me change my old email to a current one. I give it a 4 stars instead of 5 because last year they weren't helping me but i'm glad it was helped today.

If you are a modder, do not use Epic Games. Ever! The modding is not only full of errors and crashes, but its support is non-existant, completely disregarded as an issue in their guidelines. Only get Epic Games with mods in mind if you know your way around programming.
TL; DR > Modding Is NOT SUPPORTED

Their 'refund policy' will also consider booting the game up and having it crash, getting the computer stuck for a long time as "time played" > scammers

I used to go there to play a game that I got for free, buying all the DLCs, welp I sure wasted my time
Use Steam! At least you'll get quality & quantity along with the creepy refund policies

If you resort to Epic Games, sure you'll have free stuff, but you will lock yourself out of modding and any support for it (self-taughts hello!) unless you also buy it on Steam. I personally try to get the best value for my money, and the community content is just too huge to pass on for for a few free games (some of them are really good, but they pale in comparison with modding in general)

Are they afraid of customer review? Can't leave a review for the games you purchase.
Refunds are a pain to go thru.
The game they release are just empty, feels like they release 30% of a game then release the rest as a DLC.
Avoid Epic Games not worth it.

I only downloaded this to play Tiny Tina's wonderland because you buttwaffles had to get exclusive rights. You don't have a pre-download option, your multi-player online function is trash and you don't support Linux. You are an embarrassment.

This was my first and will be my only time ever buying from epic... I bought the new tiny Tina game today and spent 4 hours trying trying gwt passef the character creator screen. I recorded it all to provide proof and when I notified epic that the game was current and I would liek a new copy or a refund they pretty much said that ther a s nothing I can do for you? So now I'm stu k here out $80 cause I bought the season pass as well. And no game. I'm beyond upset with this company.

Bought a $60 game from this site that was not even playable because the graphics were so buggy. Spent a long time troubleshooting the graphics, which took my playtime to over 2 hours. Emailed support for a refund and they quoted their refund policy back to me like they didn't even read my message. Found out from another rep that they are not even authorized to solve your problems, only give you the runaround. This was my first purchase on this site by the way. Never regretted anything this fast.

So I only use Epic for Rocket League really and play Fornite around once a month. I was banned from Fornite for 24 hours on the accusation of "Exploiting" which is an impossibility in my situation for a number of reasons. I proceeded to not open Epic Games launcher for around a month and discovered that I was permanently banned from the game, when I appealed to their customer support I was given a generic copy and paste answer neglecting their legal obligation to inform me about the circumstances inolving my PERMANENT ban from the game. This is by far the worst customer service I have received and I look forward to turning this into a legal issue regarding their fraudulent business.

Terribly difficult to navigate their website and redeem v bucks. They offer no actual support and don't care about this problem, in the end they get your money and you get nothing in return.

1 stars because it takes HOURS just to log in a game in the new seasons and when the timer was done, guess what? HAVING TO WAIT 50 MINUTES you cant even play it. I like the game but the Tanks in the season HATING IT. TO POWERFUL EASY TO FIND AND THEY CAN EVEN CAUSE FIRES! AND THE. SHIELD FOR THE CARS HORRIBLE. YOU STILL GET DAMAGE. I prefer if all that is gone. PLUS ANIMALS you can kill them IF YOU LIKE ANIMALS DO NOT PLAY OKAY

I spent over 5 hours online with Epic as my sons Vbucks cards went into my account rather than his. I was given a dozen excuses why they could not transfer them. (Amazing, they can sell them, redeem them and they have no way to transfer them to another profile on the same account.) First rep told me to call Xbox and maybe they could help, I called Xbox and they referred me back to Epic. The second time I called the woman that helped me cut off the conversation after I told her this was ridiculous (all this time spent for a simple transaction they could have handled in 3 minutes). I would stay away from this company at all costs. A complete waste of time and it shows in their reviews 1.59 stars out of five, what a joke. A ZERO in customer service and an F- in solving issues...

Honestly, Epic's website is by far one of the worst I've used. It takes nearly 45 seconds to load the homepage on a gigabit connection. Besides just the homepage, you get some wonderful time to wait and regret buying games on Epic instead of Steam when you do anything that requires loading. Honestly just one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had with a website.

Purchased DLC for "Predator Hunting Grounds" for PC, never got added to the game. Epic blames Illfonic and they refer back to EGS as they didn't add the DLC properly.
Epic never resolved the issue and was unwilling to provide either a store credit or refund.
Bottom line is: I paid for DLC in their store, got receipt and shows "in library" in their shop with my account but it doesn't show in the actual game launcher as "add-on" and most importantly also doesn't show in the game at all.

Avoid this company with their "customer service" is my personal advice based on my experience. You pay for something and get nothing...

This app/ site is amazing. It is completely free to download and includes tons of free and awesome games to play. Popular games such as Fortnite, Rocket League, Spyjinx, Alan Wake remastered, Infinity Blade, People Can Fly, and many, many more. Its is an extremely fun experience and has a variety of free games out there in the community. The business is great! In fact, everything is based on offers and purchases. Some games are free, others you have to pay for, but at a surprisingly cheap price. The people are great and are always there to help me when I'm looking for a new game. Every so often, they drop rewards for the users who stay connected to them, such as coupons, free bundles, and also budget packs for everyone to share! I highly recommend this company because it is a very reliable source for gamers like me.

My son received a gift card for his birthday for Vbucks, and the redeem code was not legible. I called and Epic games won't honor the Gift Card. They said we need the original purchase receipt…WHAT?! He had 12 kids at his party plus family. I have no idea who gave that particular GC as he got 3 of them. This company is pathetic and disappointing! Highly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THEM!

Sadly the worst publisher on earth!
I verified myself as real owner with the email of creating my aacount, with bills of bought games and with my personal ID.
All does not care the support as my email was hacked and I just want them to change my email manually.
They just always send the same note "Please talk to your email provider" even if I already send the note "Microsoft told me that there is no way to get the email back".
DON'T buy here any game, as the give a sh-t on their customers! Just take the free stuff and let them f-ck themselves!

I think you guys should start selling trading cards and make the backblings, pickaxes and emotes like a type of booster for the main skin/Fortnite card and add a type of full set bonus based on the set from in the game. You should make the rarity also based on in game skins/Fortnite cards and the rarest skin that only comes from the first level 100 battle pass skin and make it one of a kind. This type of method has been popular in a lot of different things and yes I know that this is not original but people still collect these type of things and I believe it could potentially make you guys quite the profit. Ok also know that this is not a review so don't tell me and don't give me one of the auto responses from bots I want a real answer from the higher ups not the guys who are hired to pass reviews for ex: thank you for your feedback well look into it alright that's all i have to say

They're deleting negative reviews - I've used their marketplace to buy some 3D models, had a terrible experience with one seller, his products were broken, and instead of fixing critical issues that made the models unusable, he blocked me and ran away with the money, I've shared my experience with him to warn others, then the greedy Epic Fail Games deleted my reviews just so they can get more sales and $ in their pockets.

They run a fake/manipulative grants program - I've worked 20+ years on an open source project, contacted them about grants for it twice, they didn't even bother to reply, not even courtesy email. Turns out the whole program is fake, they just do it so they can make a show how "good" company they are. So that later when they do more evil stuff, they hope this show will save their face.

They've signed a legal developer agreement with Google and Apple, then out of greed intentionally broke it so they can get more money, and later tried to make the other parties look like the bad guy. Google and Apple banned them.

Bribes developers into releasing games locked to their Game Store limiting consumer choice.

This company is in large part owned by Chinese Tencent under authority of Chinese Communist Party.

They will sell your soul for a cent of profit.

Yo... whoever they say that they pay to stop cheaters in fortnite must be rich for nothing. This is the MOST cheated game in history and takes not skill. Just an 11 dollar hack and run around and kill everyone cause well... they NEVER miss. Sure sure... you can report them to cyberspace, but in the end you waste your time. You run around the island and collect rescources so the cheaters can shoot you and take your stuff from a mountain top 10 miles away. If you like farming for others... well then this is the game for you! Epic I think actually PROMOTES cheaters... all you got to do in the meantime is spend your money and buy skins because the developement of the game experience is $hit. Graphics suck. Aimiing sucks, visual is horrendous, and making dumb $#*! like flying around as spiderman in a shooter game is absurd and $#*!ed. Who thinks of this dumb $#*!? Make it fair... make the soft aim controls FOR EVERYONE and then it might... just might... go back to having some skill to play.
