My son had a Fortnite account for the last few years. He didn't play for a few months and when he went to log in he was reset to level one and all his inventory was gone. I reached out to customer support and they are the worst group of people ever. They informed me that there was nothing they would do and treated me as though I stole my own account. I supplied the email account several screenshots and receipts still they told me it was not my account. I am now out 400.00. They are crooks!

Their customer service is terrible. I contacted them VIA chat to change my email and they couldn't verify i was the owner even tho I was the owner using my laptop in the US when I made the account in Asia. I know I had a different IP but why not send a verification email? After contacting them many times they inactivated my account and banned me from talking to them via chat. Worst customer service.

This game is just horrible. It used to be good and fun they made it horrible. They do not listen to their community at all what so ever. They only care about what competetive players like and nothing else. Can somebody from the epic games HQ tell me why you had to make AIs, Artificial intelligent robots that are just supposed to fill the game and be neutral to new players, why are they so good now? They used to be actually ok, but now they are just completely horrible. I trickshot on fortnite and its insane how crazy the AIS aim is, the ability they have to just ruin everything shoot down everything take off all your health is crazy. I cant even trickshot them afterwards im basically just wasting my time getting to the point and having the last person be an AI, then they just mess everything literally, every. Single. Time. Then on top of it they run into storm like, what? Excuse me what happened to that aimbot you just had and your just gonna run into storm... Highly recommend AIS are just. Left alone just leave the game alone the ais were fine in chapter 2 up until season 7 of chapter 2. Stop changing things no one is complaining about and change the things people actually care about and are asking you to change. I never seen a company that seems so motivated to just. Ruining their game. Thats just my opinion. Alot of other peoples opinion aswell.

Tiny Tina's Wonderland does not properly store your saved data. Upon telling epic games, they simply told me they could not give me a refund because I have played more than 2 hours. I have lost 32 hours of my life in the form of play time that was not recorded in Tiny Tina's Wonderland. Epic Games couldn't care less, 2 of their customer service reps made that clear to me. They were happy to kick me over to 2k games, who have me troubleshoots so atrocious it wiped the rest of my remaining 7 hours of gameplay that was salvaged from the save file corruptions that Epic Game's has caused by their negligence.

Epic Games has horrible business practices, I feel like their actions amount to fraud and I demand they be made accountable to their customers by refunding them should they experience this issue, and opt for a refund, at the very least. Not only have they wasted my time, they have caused me emotional distress with their careless customer service.

My account got inactivated only because i asked them to change my billing region.

This support Team is so useless because i sent them so many Emails and gave them all information they needed but the only thing they say is:
We carefully reviewed the account information you provided when you submitted this ticket, and found that the information does not match our records.

As much as I would like to help, I am afraid that we're unable to proceed as we were not able to verify you as the original account owner.

Why just why, i gave them the right infos.

First it wouldn't let me type my password, somehow a few letter keys were just straight up disabled and i had to restart my computer. Then it took me an hour just to install the worlds buggiest launcher. It was literally cancelling its own installation. Not sure why it's so hard for some sites just to function normally but its really $#*!ing annoying so figure it out thanks

Y'all, I can't with them. I have only bought ONE game from them, that I have to play through their launcher and NEVER AGAIN. Their downloads are super laggy (not mine, I checked and was at 160 download speed), constantly having to repair and update. I got Tiny Tina's wonderland through them because I wanted to play so bad and I've been able to play a total of 5 hours since the game released. I troubleshoot and it's all good. I spend half a damn day downloading the engines and drivers I need and it still won't play. I'm at the 2 hour mark now on verifying my game and it's at 37%.

Terrible service not helpful at all. Asked to cancel subscription because Epic would not let me in on the pc but service person was not helpful at all.

I spent $20 on vbucks and it was a code I don't have a account and when I was trying to get one it asked of my parents credit card number and now it will not let me in Fortnite and it says that my account will be deleted and now I hate Fortnite you are so mean and I what you to stop what is happening to me or I will start telling people not to play Fortnite

What a pain. Incredibly confusing and not user friendly at all. They need to figure out a different way to do this. I've never used something so confusing in my life re: setting up accounts/passwords, redeeming money/codes/gift cards. They make billions of dollars you'd think they could try a bit harder. Also super unacceptable that when you click on the "get started" link to redeem vbucks it doesn't even work, no matter what browser you're in.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Epic games completely ruined my laptop, after install, and launch my screen went black and the fan started, wouldn't turn on or charge for a month, randomly worked one day but the mouse would not pick up on screen in some areas and after 10 minutes would die out of charge. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to delete which is infuriating. After finally deleting, all the issues I was having were gone. Steam would've never done this to me. Don't dare to download Epic Games.

Epic is a game killer. Buy well developed games and subsequently impose their super laggy and buggy social panels and integrations. What used to be a fun game now crashes every other round and you can go have a shower whilst you wait for their social panel to load.

I spent thousands of dollars for my kid in this game. They have made the account inactive, with all the money gone. They basically are stealing money. When you can't get into a game that spent a fortune on isn't that stealing? If I could give them 0 stars I would. Total $#*! company!

Immediately had my character hacked first online match after purchase of the deluxe content pack and was told I had surpassed the two hour play time despite not it was the base game I had played, I had waited to try online until i hit 50 the hack was a "friendly" one, made my character a god and all achievements and so on but no reversal or refund is possible, acknowledge the hack and are leaning on being a few minutes on the title screen as merit to not consider refund after listing the time with the base game. Clearly see I didn't touch the dlc content but point towards the policy of having the game open counting.
Specifically borderlands 3 which uses the same system as tiny tina's, which is experiencing the same hacking issue already.

You guys are scam artists and lied and said you would help me figure out why I got banned from a game I ain't play in over 2 years and when I recently downloaded it I'm banned out the blue and they messaged me saying they has a reason to ban me i don't cheat at any games I play nor am I that good in fortnite to be consider a cheater and still couldn't tell me the details of why I'm banned and I have spent money buying battle passes and character I can't get back scam artists epic games
