Tried to sign up to your useless system and it wouldn't even let me do that. Your system is useless. Steam at least would let me play the game rather than freezing at making an account. Your system and the people who made it are useless. Do better you useless programmers

I didn't play few months on my Epic account and yesterday I logged in but the problems is for some reason Epic Games decided to make new account, when I contacted customer support they told me that my account is link on another email but I never change email address and that they can't help me if I don't have access to that email, I even tray to prove that is my account but they don't won't to share my information with me owner of a account because of security that doesn't make any sense.
I would not be surprised if they changed my email because this is some shady sh! T what is even the point in customer support if you don't help a customer in situation like that.
But the wort thing is I spend around €500 on skins and few games.

I have a question umm in fortnite can u plzzz add the Ferraris back they were my fav car plz add them back.

Epic games has the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I play Fortnite on my Xbox however last week when I logged into Fortnite my entire locker was empty and my level was reset to zero. When I attempted to login to my Epic games account on my computer it prompted me to create an account instead. I reached out to epic games customer service and they responded via email nearly 24 hours later. I answered their questions and 24 hours later I received a response from a different rep with additional questions. I answered their questions and 24 hours later a received a response from another rep who proceeded to ask the original questions over again. This has been a never ending cycle for over a week.

Just as the title says. $#*! launcher. Connecting my steam account was a nightmare, i had to make a whole new email just to sign in. The download speed sucks but somehow throttles my entire computer? Like how is that even possible?

I logged out of my epic games account and forgot the password, to reset it i had to use a email reset link, my email on the account was an old one so i reached out to tell them my issue, long story short i provided them with recipts of purchases and heaps of proof including the credit cards i used to make purchases and old names as well as heaps of additional info about where i live etc. they told me that i have to go speak to my email provider and they cant help. All over a fortnite account and the thing is that all could have been prevented if they let me reset my password through my phone number that i have linked to that account. They treat their security like they are running a bank and its honestly so annoying and stupid.

I have bought several games via the epic launcher, I also play several f2p games and have claimed lots of free games. But everytime i try and install a game via the launcher, I end up getting stuck in verification. And for whatever reason, whenever the launcher verifies or installs anything, I can BARELY use my PC, it's as if it eats up all my CPU or RAM, Don't have any of those issues on ANY other launcher. I had try keep installing and uninstalling borderlands for 3 days before it was installed, recently updated a game on the launcher, and game was corrupt, crashing on startup. Tried verifying, got stuck, had to reinstall the game, AGAIN, everytime a game updates, i just have to cross my fingers that it works.
You want to have exclusives on your launcher? The least you can do is to make sure that i can at least install and play the game, why would I ever WANT to choose this launcher over any other launcher, when at least on other launchers, I CAN PLAY THE GAMES!

My daughters account was hacked and all her progress and V Bucks was stolen and her account effectively reverted back to a new account. The hacker then taunted her through online chat and Epic Games won't restore her account. Everything has been substantiated including screenshots of the messages sent to my daughter from the hacker, our account activity purchasing V Bucks over the years and many other things they asked us to provide.
Epic are saying that they wont restore her account, even after providing every bit of proof they have asked us to provide and it is very clear what has happened.
What's worse is that my daughter suffers from mental health issues and Fortnite is an outlet she has that helps her with her clinically diagnosed depression and this issue that Epic refuse to help us with is increasing her anxiety levels, it's absolutely disgusting how Epic Games are treating us as if we have done something wrong.

I play fortnite I've had all of my stuff disappear 4 times and they refuse to fix it and when I ask why they close the conversation. When I use email to talk w their support it takes weeks to figure out problems if at all. Their service sucks. Their game doesn't work on my PS4 and wont go past the loading screen and when I tried to get it fixed they they closed the conversation and closed my requests.

Epic Games took my $20 purchase but doesn't, evidently, have the tech savvy to tell me how to use my purchase to provide enhancements to their own game. How can they be this incompetent? Beware before you make any purchases from them directly. Only make purchases on the platform where you or, in my case, my grandson is playing.

I tried to sign in to my Playstation after deleting my other account that had the same email and yet it still sent me to the sign up screen and now every time I try connecting it takes me to the same screen to sign up for Playstation this stuff is honestly horrible. Like all I'm trying to do is hook up my account to epic so I can do certain things but it is incredibly broken the picture proves my point because it didn't fully load yet. This is the worst website in history for game creators fix your stupid website.

What kind of Company only allows a certain number of refunds. Kids get excited to purchase new items and sometimes hit the wrong button or a glitch happens. Well too bad says Epic games. This is why as a adult who loves Gaming I Love Activision and the C. O. D brand. They stand behind you. Not themselves. You don't have to open a account and have a email as a child to
Play. Epic Games should be ashamed of yourselves. You won't get me to ever spend a dime or even play one of your games.

It works in many ways but the thing that destroys the whole launcher is their download functions. If I try to download something but change my mind or god forbid I don't have the room there is no way to cancel the download or remove it from your game without finishing it so you have to remove stuff from your pc.

Epic can you please change the cross platform on fortnite. Its so annoying being on console and playing against PC players. It's so unfair because they have advantages. I can't even enjoy the game with my friends without being killed by sweaty PC players.

This company is garbage weeks ago I was trying to switch my epic account to a new console, my account get blocked I reach out and is been 3 weeks and these guys can't get anything done I invest in my account hundredths of dollars skins and battle passes for fortnite.
