Banned my old username spooper, they stated it was offensive and broke tos. Support refused to help and stated that it had been investigated by their team.

This is not okay. I was abused for 5 minutes. Told to kill myself, and told hes gunna kill me and my family... I did not even say anything in return besides specifying which message I reported. Look at it. How is that fair? I've never said anything like telling someone to kill themselves. Epic games support. Was confrontational and angry with me, told me it wasn't my fault and then closed the conversation knowing he had made a mistake. He admitted he could read the messages, and it was unfortunate. But he couldn't unban me. I'm uninstalling this game after 1960 levels. $#*!ing joke. Take your 3 day ban and shove it up your $#*! epicgames. I tried to console the situation. You condoned your actions. $#*! you epic games. You're a waste of time and energy

The game is really fun but no matter how many times I que I almost always get put with hackers. FIX THIS

To be fair, I'm writing this in frustration. I had ZERO reason to download this launcher. That was until they were offering an expansion to Destiny 2 that i didn't want to pay for, so i gave it a whirl. It was playing just fine for the first two days. However, after server maintenance yesterday, it won't even launch and there's nothing for me to do but reinstall the game AGAIN...

Their support was hostile and not helpful at all. I bought saints row gold version after the worst day ever and I wanted to play well when it refreshed after I selected gold since I had to create an account it selected the regular… they told me I can't easily upgrade it and they took too long to respond so now they said because I played it two hours they can't refund the purchase so I can buy the gold one… screw this company I will never buy a game here ever again…

They basically stole my account, I gave them all the information, but they just tell me due to security reasons we can't unlock your account. Wasn't banned nor did I delete this account so they just stole it. I'm signed in BTW just does a loop of this screen

I still believe that Epic Games Store was created by Steam devs to show you that Steam is not bad at all. Oh, is the chat function coming back eventually? Nah.

While trying to change a simple linking account and email change, I was ask to give my last four digit of my SSN and CCN. Let alone they ask for my IP address too, my issue still wasn't solved

Went on live chat to report a problem and they honestly can't tell if they're trying to help or be sarcastic, wouldn't answer the questions asked properly, the person who chatted had a 'not my problem' attitude, I ended up figuring out the issue out by myself when they could've helped.

I only have 1-star because I couldn't give 0. I have invested over $1000 in rocket league, and because of the stupid 2FA bull $#*!, it's all gone to waste. They say they will send me a verification code, but instead. They don't. So, I have them send a new one, and it works instantly, but the code sent was for the first request, and doesn't work since I requested a new one. It's a never-ending cycle of $#*!ing $#*!, and since they don't have $#*!ing customer service, I have no way of solving this problem.

The junk rifts are so annoying and need to be valuted, because they are too over powered and I'm about to quit because of it.

Double charged me, took what I bought off my account when I refunded the extra charge, then told me it wasn't their problem. Had to confirm with all other parties that it was, in fact, Epic's problem. When I re-contacted Epic, they proceeded to completely misunderstand what I was saying (despite typing up a large, detailed description and repeating what the other involved parties told me), give me a complete non-"solution," then abruptly end the chat with me while I was in the middle of typing up a response clarifying the problem further. Don't give them a single penny if at all possible.

Epic games website sucks cant ever get sign in. Every time I try to sign in it goes to a new member sign up page.

I got scammed in a very cleaver way. I saw a odd fake epic games login but, I thought to my self that changing my password after will fix if This site was fake and, I didn't want to play smart either just to realise he/she was Forreal then I lost all my stuff. Epic games Hook up immediately after I contact them and soon I got my stuff back (untradable so you can't gain stuff by getting scammed). Couldn't be more happier about it. (Sorry for my bad grammar, I'm not english)

So it's a fun game but i just played my first game online & survived til 5 seconds before the boss was killed. And this happens very often out of every game after the first today. And i keep getting kicked. What the $#*! do you have to do to be not kicked? Be invincible? Is the community toxic as $#*! or is this just the way of the game? I'm curious.
