I personaly only had bad experiences with it. E.G. When I wanted to install a game over some time, always waiting 1-2h the launcher crashed my entire Pc and this was reaccouring.

Epic Games is the worst company because I wanted to completely remove one game, The Cycle:Frontier Closed Beta, I accidentally put the key wrong because the key didn't show Closed Beta, it just says The Cycle:Frontier, I immediately understood that the key is a small fraud. And I called Epic Games support, they say they can't delete it, I say it's proven, the Epic Games developer has no idea how to solve the problem. I asked who made the Epic Games Launcher how they have no idea how to delete a game that I don't want in my library. For me, Steam is the best because the support is very good, and when I accidentally put a beta key on Steam and wanted to delete a wrong game, Steam support helped me a lot and quickly solved the problem. And Epic Games is the worst company. When I saw a user who was very dissatisfied with Epic Games, I immediately knew that Epic Games was causing a problem because the support was running a bad business. I believe only one thing is Steam! And Ubisoft is very very good because the support is very very warm and kind. I hope one day Epic Games realizes that the user should get the option: i want to permanently remove this game from my account, this is the most important thing the Epic Games developer must do so that the user can more easily remove the complete game and the closed beta game on the library, because he doesn't have to report to support that they have to remove the game because you are wasting their time.

Absolute joke of a site. DO NOT USE! My son has been hacked two times, this time epic games are saying it's not his account (so he's lost everything!) I've proved it's his, told them my card details used for purchases, IP address etc. I hope they get taken down

One would think that a "BILLION" dollar company would have a phone # for customer service but no. Worst web site that I have ever tryed to log into. Every time I try to log-in it tells me that my email address is already associated with a different account? I have been trying to add Vbucks to my account now for about 4hrs. Should not be this hard!

I will never buy another epic game product again.

Throughout the last month or so I have been attempting to fix a slew of issues within my Epic Games Launcher to no avail, now keep in mind I am a CIS major so I know my way around computers and software... I contact support hoping for some more insight or a similar issue they have already resolved to find I am more competent at a keyboard than every support I reached and I am fairly new to the field as a whole. Issue after issue with no result until some friends of mine helped me scour the internet for solutions and once the problem of the launcher itself was fixed, some of my games that I recently collected from the free weekly games are now missing. I have the invoice ID for 1 of them and the other 2 my computer had crashed during both of the processes and I never got back into the launcher until now but there is nothing they can do for any of them even the one I have the receipt for. Not sure what to do at this point just thankful no money was lost this time. Just some advice... try to avoid epic the best you can.

Why make it so hard to unsubscribe to your reoccurring charges? I don't want the ugly skins you are offering… I like a choice. It's the best thing about the game… choices. I know why it's so hard to unsubscribe ……. So You keep us subscribed longer. Try easing up the difficulty of Fortnite. I Truly I would enjoy it more. Try an Easy mode.

This is the worst customer support I have ever dealt with in my life, my account got hacked, and I gave them everything my receipts, my Ip address, and even the linked accounts, at the end: they said ok no problem we will help you but in order to do that, we will send an EMAIL conformation to the first email address you created the account with! In order to verify you. I get the confirmation in my email and I approved and guess what! They came back to me after 10 hours and said I am not the owner although I approved that I am the owner. Also, another thing if you kept reaching for customer support with the same account, they will ban your account. My tip for you is to go to steam or any other company.

Simply asking how to gift an Epic exclusive game turned into a warning that account sharing, requesting someone else's account information, etc - isn't allowed.

I remoted to my online friend's PC and attempted to input my PayPal account to purchase a game.

#1 - I did not ask for their login. They were already logged in. I inputted my PAYPAL, which means I did not transmit my Epic account details either. But the PayPal purchase wouldn't go through because the Zip Codes didn't match.

So I was inquiring if there's was any gifting possibilities.

#2 - I did not request my friend's information. It was just a question on HOW TO GIFT.

After replying with my disappointment, and stating how this is going to be a lost sale, and the gift features is what makes Steam the superior platform, "Unicorn" took over the ticket, to 'warn' me further that OH NO, requesting account information and account sharing is against policy!

Egotistic people. Good customer service would take the feedback to improve their platform, so that you know, you'd get GIFTING sales.

Ridiculous. Epic just sucks period.

While I would like nothing more than to announce the Epic Games as my favorite among probable (and badly needed) competitors to Valve's behemoth, Steam, I can't. My current opinion stems largely from Epic's policy on reviews. Namely, that I'm not allowed to leave them. Instead, reviews are restricted only to people who meet hidden criteria not shared by Epic, probably having to do with how long the game has been played, and how frequently. The effect is to squelch critical and negative reviews, because (and obviously) people who stick with a game a certain period and play it in certain ways are also more statistically likely to review it positively. This is the equivalent of banning the opinions of people who walk out on a movie or find themselves unable to stomach a book to the end.

The claim is that this makes reviews somehow more accurate, because the phenomenon of "review bombing", a claim that I find dubious, but it doesn't matter for my argument whether or not it's accurate, because I simply do not accept a solution that affects me personally by silencing my views. I refuse to take it on faith that I (personally) can't leave reviews on Epic after decades of leaving them elsewhere because it's somehow good for the customer.

Epic has so far not allowed me to review any games on their store. Elsewhere on the Internet, and especially in Steam, I've written *hundreds* of reviews, all sincere in their criticism, many of them requiring hours of thought and editing. Many of these didn't require me to play a game all the way through, or even for more than two hours. Many marketed games are so poorly made (or ported) that it simply doesn't require that much play to discover that fact. Many games are so poorly made that they deserve to be commercial failures, regardless of what would be good for sales.

If Epic were honest, they say this: "Epic restricts reviews to people statistically more likely to leave positive reviews because negative reviews hurt sales, and in the long run it's better for us that people regularly buy substandard games if they'd otherwise buy nothing." This policy is so utterly transparent that their justifications insult our intelligence.

Account glitched

My epic games account is glitched and in fall guys they always make it so unfair for me to play. Here are some examples: In race rounds I'm always in the back, in volleyfall I am always put with a golden wolf or someone that has way more experience in the game than me, which is just extremely unfair.

Like their games, but their website is the stupidest $#*! I have ever used. Have already sent multiple emails asking for advice and never get any help, so their service is $#*! too. Linking of devices is literally impossible so don't believe their cross-play bull$#*!. That's it, don't expect much from this brand.

Some hackers broke into all of my accounts and I lost my epic games account in the process. After a week or so I realized and started freaking out. Epic Games player support helped me so fast and well, now I have my account back and I am so happy. They are amazing!

I was telling a worker in live chat that my skin was glitching with the dance and I wanted to send them a video and they told me to send it via email but you need to submit a request for an email which I did and they never responded so I asked 3 workers for help and the first 2 said just wait for the email and hung up. The other one faked me out and said that they'd respond to me via email after we ended chat in 2 minutes, hung up, then when I went to submit another chat it said no workers were available. That's got to be low down. Do they really need money that bad or do they just not want to solve your problems. Their solution is you reported the bug months ago in game just wait for them to fix it or you submitted an email request months ago just wait for us to respond and that's messed up. They need to be held accountable and I won't give them a higher review till they fix it or give me my vbucks back because u used a lot for that skin just for it to glitch
