Stole my money

I paid $60 for Anno 1800 with all the current DLCs.
For some reason, to play Anno - it must connect to Ubisoft.
All I get is a 'failed to get authorization from Ubisoft' reply.
Can't play the game.
Can't get a response from either company.
They straight up stole my money.
I'm never buying a game again.

I pre-ordered a game in 2019 (VTMB 2). Little did I know the game would run into issues and they removed the release date all together. Its been years and the game has still not been released so naturally I asked for a refund. According to EPIC refund policy: "You may cancel your pre-purchase and get a refund at any time before the official release date set by the publisher/developer on the Epic Games Store."
However I was given a sarcastic response by the customer service agent stating that I should have asked for a refund within 14days and they will not be refunding me, he also continued to tell me I should go read the terms and conditions. I am disgusted by the service.

Can't reset my parental code due to lack of support from tech team. They are not responsive have a lack of job knowledge as they all walked me through the exact same steps over and over and it didn't work.

They kept sending a link that that lead to a verification email that never arrived in my email box. I checked my spam and filters and nothing was setup tp block there email, but still didn't receive.

Worst

One for the worst because there is no security for my account.
I login using my google account I had claimed around 65-75 games.
I didn't use my account for a month and it says wrong credentials and I contacted epic games support with a proof of discord linked with epic games and I didn't get any message back.

I am very disappointed in this games ability to be able to show me it's full potential, whilst I am able to get good sucky tan sucky do. I do not appreciate the disrespect that the game has shown me. The new fortnite season is absolutely trash. Dekus smash way to OP. The map isn't the same anymore. People are just using shockwave hammers instead of real gun fights. Is one of the worst seasons by far.

My kids have downloaded malware onto my computer I've found more useful then this trash "Epic Games", pfft.
I tried to set this up for my child to connect to friends online with Fornite/Nintendo Switch.
For the hours lost trying to change his name and allow him to add friends, to not be successful? Where do i send the bill to for my lost time?
I then open a ticket with their customer service, they are worst then the experience of dealing with their terrible account controls

I have had this account since season 8 but yet in chapter 4 it just now hit me with a verification of my age and birth year. Of course I signed it believing nothing would happen. The service that they have is awful as the downloading system they have. I was trying to contact them with live chat and while i was chating with the service he just said i can't help you and talk with you about your ban and left the chat... Septic Games

My account hack hacked, so I contacted them to recover it. I succeeded, but about a week later I find out my account got suspended for "fraud". I have proof, they know I got hacked, I have all my invoices, my original email, original IP addresses and they refuse to do anything about it.

I'm never buying anything from Septic Games ever again.
