This company is like no other I've ever dealt with. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. They will steal your money after you canceled months ago. I have emailed them and they say we are looking into it and then don't respond back after a month.

I needed an antibiotic for my dog. The first time I needed medication for her, it was sent in TWO DAYS. I felt I could TRUST them. I paid for a rush order and paid the extra for it. Daisy can't run out of the antibiotic. I only bought 3 days. Please advise.
1. Stated not sent back until yesterday. FACT: The didn't request it until the next day,
2. Then when I spoke with them again today since they didn't call back as promised they said they only got back a blank piece of paper. I don't believe that! I asked why they wouldn't have called them back.
3. They said the doctor was gone for the day.
4. They would try again tomorrow.

Terrible customer service. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Last two orders have been a nightmare. Say bet didn't approve prescription, checked with vet... good for a year. They don't check... just resend to vet... meanwhile charging your card. Just don't. Pay a few dollars more.
Do not order unless they confirm in stock. If not you may be waiting weeks only for them to say it will be in in 2 weeks with your pet needing meds
I ordered an item from them back in December. I had to contact customer service twice to get the correct discounts applied because their website wasn't working correctly. The full discounts never got applied but I gave up at that point. It took weeks for me order to ship because it was backordered despite the page not saying it. The package got lost and Fedex told me the shipper has to send in the lost package form to get a refund. When I emailed them I got a message saying my item was backordered and would be shipping soon. I responded with "what are you talking about? I have the tracking number. It already shipped." Then I received no response. I will not be using this company again.
Ms. Sheetal Nath was found to be very helpful and pleasant to speak with while entering my order this afternoon. Ms. Nath was 300 percent better to deal with than the EntirelyPets Pharmacy order website.
No word on the medication after a month and half despite multiple follow up. Kept getting response that they were waiting for prescription from my vet, but my vet told me multiple times that they didn't get any requests. Finally got both on a conference call and that seemed to solve it. But I got only 2 of the 4 tubes I ordered. Apparently my vet only approved 2. I got 2 in mail with no word about refund or the other two. I called to get the refund started and after two follow up still waiting for it. I am going to likely end up filling a case with Paypal or my credit card for the money.
It has been a few years, but I first ordered from Entirely Pets on Amazon. I go straight to the Entirely Pets Pharmacy now. They have medications & stuff for all kinds of pets. I use them every month.
Finding what I needed was easy. It was easy to find my way around the site. Easy to order and very quick shipping.
I ordered 3 packs of 6 Iverhart Max Soft Chews for our greyhounds. The service was prompt (I mailed my paper RX, so it took a bit longer) and it arrived in great condition. The product expiration date is way beyond the time frame that I will have to use the product. Price has gone up but they had a discount code that brought it down to a reasonable amount. I have had good experiences with this company and they are always there to answer any questions you might have. Overall very pleased!
You order and pay takes roughly 3 minutes and the account you paid with is debited. 3 days later they tell you item is out of stock and will be sent if or when they get it. You cancel order for refund and now 9 days later still no refund. PayPal has recieved no response from them. This is the second time, I didnt learn from the first time. Notice they tell you it takes 5-7 days for a email to be recieved. Dont waste your time or money with this California fraud company
Everything Entirely Pets Pharmacy did was as per ordered. I ordered on 12-10-2020 and paid for 2-4 day shipping and it took 12 days to be delivered. The only problem was because of the pandemic the USPS service is not able to keep up with the delivery schedules that people are paying extra in order to receive there packages. This is a logistical problem for the USPS and our government to solve before the U.S. has any more national disasters!

My first order on Dec. 1st (Order ID *******) went very well, however my second order did not. I was charged a much higher price for the medicine Sucralfate on my second order. My first order on the first of Dec. Was an order for 3 bottles of a 100 pills at $0.33/pill of Sucralfate at a price of $33.24 a bottle, total of $99.72. My second order (Order ID *******) was 150 pills of Sucralfate at which I was charged $0.60/pill compared to $0.33/pill for prior order. I'm asking why I was charged almost twice as much for the same medication as my first order. I did receive a discount of 18% off my order at which I had to ask for when ordering, The 18% was a discount that was offered that day on the your website. Will probably not buy again.
Thought it took way too long to get my order. Slower than most. Even with regular shipping it should not have snail speed. 8 days is unforgivable.
