Just what I said. I just found out through an email that they don't have my vet's fax 11 days after I placed my order. It didn't even ship yet!
My dog requires Azodyl which needs to arrive cool. This is my third order from this company. This order was shipped on a Tuesday and did not arrive until the following Monday. My husband and I stayed available for pickup throughout the weekend and put tracking on USPS to notify of delivery. I contacted the company on Saturday and was told that on Monday they would reissue for lateness of product that if it did arrive to open the product and smell it. On Monday when delivered I contacted again and was told they do not reissue that the shipping was fine 4 days delivery is 4 working days and Monday delivery was within their timeframe so basically stuff it. I was told if they might reissue I would be contacted that day via email and called if they would not - still nothing.
Also their web-site I could not get to function and receive the Labor Day discount. Anyway, if you are counting on a live probiotic for your dog order closer to home. USPS also put the product in the sun... our summer heat here in Texas is over 100.
I am now stuck with 2 bottles of Azodyl that I have not clue if the probiotic is live. Will not use this company again.
This company could care less if your pet ever gets their MEDICATION. 12 days they claim they reach out to the vet get the info and ship it. DAY 12 they just got the RX from the doctor. Don't use them order from Chewy, pay 3 dollars more or price match and get the product in 2 or 3 days. I have called Entirely Pets 4 times, sent numerous emails, had Tyler the manager saying product was being shipped 2 days ago LIES LIES LIES! Don't use this company.Don't be fooled by this company. They can NOT Perform. I wish I could give a zero for a rating. They even drove my Vet nuts! They do not know what they are doing!
To save a few $$ I made the mistake of ordering flunixin here - plus expedited shipping. It is something my mare needs daily, and I ordered in plenty of time with enough here to spare. But EP neglected to let me know that - in a weeks time - my vet had not responded to their fax. I only found out because I called EP to see what was going on with my order. Had I known, I would have called my vet. Terrible customer service. Never again. Allivet will continue to get my orders from here out - a bit more expensive, but they will contact you if they've not gotten a fax back to ok the Rx and get the order to you VERY quickly, even without expedited shipping. Now I will have to get flunixin from our vet because I will not receive my order from EP (via HEARTLAND PHARMACY) for another week. 2 weeks... Don't order anything here that you need in a timely manner. Ever.
My experience with EPP was poor. I wasted so much of my time to get my pets Rx finalized and shipped, was not worth the savings I got from going to another more well known online provider. The service wasn't there... Very little communication along the process.
Ordered Meds for my cat, after 1 week and my veterinarian contacting them 3 times. They finally acknowledge approval for my order. Waited an additional 3 days nothing shipped. Contacted them an additional 2 times to find out what was going on with my order. Was told both times I would receive a call back, never heard from them.
I have placed 3 orders with them and the only hiccup has been my veterinarian's office return confirmation of the prescriptions ordered. I have had excellent service through email and phone conversations with Customer Service. Now that I know to follow up with my veterinarian the service has been excellent.
I had a horrible experience. Order was place on 7/4/2019 and it was never completed.
First they misplaced a prescription for pain medication for my dog. By the time they found the prescription a week later, it had expired.
Second, on a second medication which had been back-ordered for 6 weeks, and had no ETA, they recommended that the prescription can be transferred out. I initiated the transfer to a local pharmacy but after 3 days and multiple phone calls thru customer service and to Entirely Pets pharmacy, it too failed. They first said that it had expired. I called again and confirmed that it was good for another 3 months. Then when the local pharmacy contacted them again, Entirely Pets said they they could not find it. It's been 7 weeks and the level of incompetency is not acceptable.
I ordered medications online, only after they accepted the order and charged my card did they say it wasn't in stock with no date as to when it will be available. I waited a few weeks and still heard nothing. I've been got a new prescription from my vet for a higher dose that was available. I spoke with someone in customer service who needed to fill the new prescription and credit my card the remaining balance from the original order. According to that person it was all said I would receive an email that day confirming the order has been shipped that was three days ago still haven't heard anything. Ordered product that unfortunately made my pet very sick (bloody stool). Second order arrived and although had yet to receive, they would not cancel it, nor return nor refund.
Once order is placed, you are stuck - even if product is terminal for your pet.
Not happy.
Had a sick cat that needed meds yes this was about half price then local. We sent info vet info ect. From there it took 9 days for pharmacy to "approve" after they talked to vet.
If in no rush pretty good pricing but pharmacy sucks in dealing with orders
I've ordered from this company for several years and I am now just sick and tired of their constant incompetence and screw ups. They don't follow your instructions, they tell you items are in stock when in fact they are not, and rarely return a phone call or email. This is one of the poorest excuses for a company I have seen in my entire 71 years. I wish there was a zero star or negative star rating. Do yourself a favor and buy your pet medications elsewhere.
STAY AWAY... needed meds for my dog... though 2 meds ordered (on same order) I only received one. They claimed to receive only one prescription/approval from vet... Hmmm... had them request again and 4 days later still nothing so called... still say didn't receive. Spoke with vet who assured me that he had sent approval twice. Had to cancel the one and get elsewhere (reputable company Chewy.com) and am still awaiting refund form cancelled item. Most interestingly, they never communicated anything to me, i had to wait for order to come missing one item then chase them down to find out what happened... Terrible customer service and no communication... VERY FRUSTRATING
So, I am not exactly sure when I placed this ordered but my dog because ill with pancreatitis on June 12 and passed sept 17 2018 so it was within that 3 months. On June 1 2019 cerenia that I needed for her arrived at my home. Now mind you I even moved and they had that address too.
I called to tell them she had passed and I wasn't sure why the medicine would arrive a year later. They told me to return the item. So, I returned it on my own dime the next day. Fast forward to July 21,2019 I called to see if my credit had been issued. I was told basically I was lying the item was returned. When I returned the item I called and gave them tracking but they supposedly didn't have the number, shocking. I went through my emails and found the tracking called them back and was told I will see a refund I. 7 days. We shall see
If you need a medication based on a life and death situation don't use this company. I kinda of feel it a mom and pop operation. I've spoken to a Gabe and he is a real asshat! Look elsewhere because unless if you don't it won't be delivered and they charged me last year for this medication without delivering it. Insane.

Simple Rx, ordered on the June 6th, over 2 weeks later get an email saying it's on their way. I emailed back to tell them FORGET IT, too late, and called. Three weeks later, there's the charge on my account and STILL NO Rx. They think 3 weeks for an Rx is great. We can't give a refund... blah, blah. Really?

My dog was out of a particular medicine that was on backorder all over. Entirely pets had it but gave it to someone else with a current prescription. Now they do not have any. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got my doctor to fax it over again and all was go, I received an email that they do not deliver to the state of NJ! All of this hope for nothing. My dog as well as many has been underdosed for 2 weeks or more. I gave them the two stars for their pricing and heard good things about them but I won't be ordering anything from them again for false advertising. No one noticed my address? Now all I need is them to not remove the charge from my credit card.
I placed an order for insulin for my cat. After talking with customer service three times and there saying they faxed the prescription request to my vet three times, I finally had to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Don't bother with this site.

Answer: They do things that make them seem sketchy like not responding to customer service emails and not informing you of backorders, but they eventually shipped my stuff. I wouldn't use them though. Pay more and get your meds in a timely fashion if you need them on a schedule.
