Awesome experience and customer service from Justin and the crew down at the Richard Jackson Blvd in Panama City Beach.
Had issues with the first car smelling like cigarette smoke Justin didn't hesitate to give me a call when he got something else in to swap it out! Will definitely be using these guys in the future, granted not the closest Enterprise location to my house but will say probably the best in Bay County in my opion.

I got great help from the team at the El Paso Northeast Enterprise store! I reserved a vehicle at the Enterprise location on Montana, but they could not honor it because the vehicle had been promised to another customer. They checked availability with the Northeast location and sent me over there. Although I had booked a government rate in error (thinking it was a military rate), Andrew still honored the price, and when I returned the vehicle, Cruz gave me a ride home. Two thumbs up!

Being in a car accident is stressful enough and I liked the fact that my rental was bought to me at the repair shop and I was able to leave it there after the repairs were completed. All the paperwork was in order so I was never inconvenienced.

Dirty car, had what appeared to be bird droppings on driver side door among other cleanliness issues. Rigid customer service.

Car was awesome im a Honda guy but the Toyota Corolla was a nice vehicle. Only grievance I have is it smelled like cigarettes.

Mostly good. Previously they picked me up at the body shop. This time I had to make arrangements for pick up and drop off.

Took an hour to get my confirmed reservation from the Enterprize desk and I was the only customer and there were 4 employees. They told me that I had to give them my insurance policy if I declined their insurance. Finally Go out to car and notice hail damage that not reported, so only one other car… they charged me more for a horrible mirage. Steering and braking dangerous. They said they charged me more because that's what smaller cars go for, I said that was their problem not mine.
