Great experience and service, no issues at all and it was made very simple by the car being delivered to me at the collision repair shop and I left it with them to be picked up by Enterprise when I picked up my repaired car.

I didn't have a choice of cars, had less than half tank of gas.,,, vehicle was dirty found a bag with food under the drivers seat that explained the foul odor….,. And a I am still waiting for a settlement amount that makes sense….::;

Ken the Avon Park branch agent was extremely polite, friendly, and informative. He took care of my request promptly both during pickup and return. I have rented a car at same branch before and Ken was helpful then as he was now.

Pick up at Hartford Airport was very strange and uncomfortable. Lots of delays, the agent "Kareena" clearly did not know what she was doing, and kept disappearing for long periods of time for unknown reasons. At one point, she left me in the garage and took my credit card somewhere else for 15 minutes. This was the second time she had left me in the garage for a long period. It was horribly uncomfortable And I am worried about what she did with my credit card during that time. Super strange and worrisome.
Also, I paid extra for the ez pass to be activated, but the ez pass did not work on any of the tolls. Every time I went to an ez pass TOLL, it said "call customer service". That also was very uncomfortable because now I worry that they going to get hit with penalty fees after the fact.
