Overall the people working at this location are very friendly and courteous and do whatever they can to make my experience better. That are great to work with!

First time I've ever dealt with a car rental agency and I was very pleased. My personal car was in an accident and being worked on for over a month so I appreciate the associates that made the process as easy as possible even when outside issues arose. I feel like they went above and beyond for me I could not be more thankful! They were also very nice and professional! Thank you!

The cars they gave me were terrible. Windows so smeared on the inside and smelled. Traded the car for one the didn't smell but 2 chips in windshield and I had them re clean the inside windshield. The car ran better than the first one but it was loaded with significant scratches and paint chips

Anthony at the Everett, Maine location was superb! Very professional and customer oriented, and he wanted to make sure that my rental experience there was great. I've used Enterprise several times and this one was definitely the best!

The Gadsden store had 5 star service. Came from out of state for a funeral and car broke down. Walked in without a reservation and drove out in 30 minutes. Was able to make it to the funeral in time.

The process of getting a vehicle was great. The shift leader there was very helpful to me, in all aspects, professional, polite, caring. I strongly recommend this Enterprise! Well done!

Great experience all around! From pick up to drop off everything was seamless. The gentleman who helped me both times was courteous and efficient. I would definitely rent from them again!

Employees were friendly, helpful, and fast. I dropped the car off and within a minute a very nice person named Jo had the return processed and had a ride for me to get my normal car. I appreciate how efficient everyone was, it made my experience very nice and simple. Definitely will recommend.

Enterprise should be more concern about car safety. I had bad experience this time. The car had breaks issue and it showed in the middle of the deserted road which was so scary. And instead of 3-4 hours trip it took us 6 an 1/2 hour to get to my destination. My old mother was so frustrated and edgy.

Shout to the grapevine location one of the best experience I have had with renting a car Sage and his team will give 10/10 service so respectful very personal and will help out anyway they can. I rented at other location and never had service the way I did at this location keep doing what you guys do you can tell them are loving what they are doing through the way they take care of your needs.

Nice people, the service was fantastic, the car run great, what i like the most, they make it easier for you to renew your rent or confirm your drop off!

Scheduled a full size suv only to find out they were not available due to recall. Had to downsize to minivan. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Seems if changes need made the customer needs notified

Always great service with friendly and helpful staff. A quick phone call will answer most questions, and mediate any arising issues. Highly recommend Enterprise.
