Vehicle rented from Enterprise was okay, had a weird smell like rotten fruit but otherwise it was a good car (Mitsubishi crossover) and was a reliable vehicle. Agents were knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. Would recommend Enterprise to my family and friends for their rental needs.

I was taken very good care of by the staff and they were all very helpful and very nice and they were really nice and friendly and they made sure that I was kept in the loop about my rental and they even picked me up to go get my rental and they also dropped me off to go get my car back from the shop and they were able to take care of me in all the right ways and they are all Rock Stars to me too!

If there was an option for zero stars, that's what it would be. The Jonesboro, Arkansas location is one I would never refer anyone to. The vehicles are never clean, the customer service leaves much to be desired, and it's nothing like the experience that Enterprise advertises.

I always rent from the store in Acworth GA because they have the best customer service hands down! And this time was no exception. I reserved a mid-size compact suv but received what looked like a compact suv-apparently because it was all wheel drive it's considered midsize however it was a tight fit for my needs. When I returned the car I explained that it was not what I reserved. The service rep said "how can I make this right for you?" I was so impressed with the way this situation was handled. This store deserves so much credit for how it handles customer concerns and does what it takes to ensure satisfaction. This is such a rare approach in today's world. I actually go out of my way to rent from this specific store and will continue to do so.

Took all my points, bad key no beeper or signal; this was a one day return with no gas used cramp in finger from Manuel key use. No gas was used call manager early to make appointment to return car and vefified w45 minutes jennifer on records a plus told manager issue manager left site before I arrived/ one month represnetative had no traing alex or jack? A 50 year custumer abused again last month reservation for pick up was dropped by office lost medical procedure?
