I was scheduled for a suv rental. When I arrived, none were available. I was offered a compact car and instructed to return it on Monday to swap for a suv. I returned Monday, and nothing was available. I understand things happen, but when I exited the building another customer was offered their choice of two vehicles. A third customer came outside and informed me of the occurrence. That is completely unacceptable.

Enterprise employees are the best. They always make sure the customer is satisfied with their experience. I've use Enterprise 5 or 6 times this year and they have never disappointed. The last car I rented didn't smell so great and they gave me a discount when I returned the car.

First time I've ever dealt with a car rental agency and I was very pleased. The cars they gave me were terrible. Windows so smeared on the inside and smelled. Traded the car for one the didn't smell but 2 chips in windshield and I had them re clean the inside windshield. The car ran better than the first one but it was loaded with significant scratches and paint chips

The Gadsden store had 5 star service. Came from out of state for a funeral and car broke down. Walked in without a reservation and drove out in 30 minutes. Was able to make it to the funeral in time.
