Great location and staff. Cars are well-maintained and are usually newer models, which I appreciate. I'm in and out pretty quickly.

The staff is courteous, competent, and efficient. The cars are always clean, smoke free and in good condition. Their customer service is top notch.

Shonetta was fantastic to work with with and her client experience skills were amazing. I recommend working with her to fit all your rental car needs.

Experience was excellent. Staff answered all my questions, provided drop off instructions for off hour drop offs, as well as instructions out of the airport and to our initial destination. Vehicle was comfortable and in great condition. Very satisfied with the experience

I have already told you about y my experience previously. The car was amazing to drive and ride in. It had lots of great features our friends gave us lots of compliments on it.

Morgan was an exceptional host. She walked us through the process of renting and made sure we knew what to expect. I was so grateful to work with someone so transparent and clear!

I was scheduled for a suv rental. When I arrived, none were available. I was offered a compact car and instructed to return it on Monday to swap for a suv. I returned Monday, and nothing was available. I understand things happen, but when I exited the building another customer was offered their choice of two vehicles. A third customer came outside and informed me of the occurrence. That is completely unacceptable.

I liked it. The people were nice and knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy. I had used the particular facility in the past and will probably do it again.

Enterprise employees are the best. They always make sure the customer is satisfied with their experience. I've use Enterprise 5 or 6 times this year and they have never disappointed. The last car I rented didn't smell so great and they gave me a discount when I returned the car.

Staff at North Everett Enterprise were helpful and courteous. They helped us work with our insurance company to get the best car for our needs.

The customer service is incredible, they are very friendly and fast. I loved that they asked what kind of car I drive for them to find me a similar one and thus feel comfortable.

First time I've ever dealt with a car rental agency and I was very pleased. My personal car was in an accident and being worked on for over a month so I appreciate the associates that made the process as easy as possible even when outside issues arose. I feel like they went above and beyond for me I could not be more thankful! They were also very nice and professional! Thank you!

The cars they gave me were terrible. Windows so smeared on the inside and smelled. Traded the car for one the didn't smell but 2 chips in windshield and I had them re clean the inside windshield. The car ran better than the first one but it was loaded with significant scratches and paint chips

Anthony at the Everett, Maine location was superb! Very professional and customer oriented, and he wanted to make sure that my rental experience there was great. I've used Enterprise several times and this one was definitely the best!

The Gadsden store had 5 star service. Came from out of state for a funeral and car broke down. Walked in without a reservation and drove out in 30 minutes. Was able to make it to the funeral in time.

The process of getting a vehicle was great. The shift leader there was very helpful to me, in all aspects, professional, polite, caring. I strongly recommend this Enterprise! Well done!
