Apparently, "We'll Pick You Up" is no longer the policy of Enterprise. Since I picked up on Saturday, I was told that pick-up service was not available. When I returned on Monday afternoon, I was told that drop off service was not available after noon. The whole process was very inconvenient for me. Pick-up and drop-off service should be available during all business hours. That is called CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Tyler Butler at the Orlando location on 4442 Colonial drive was THE BEST. He literally saved my day because my car broke down and I was heading back down to Miami that day. I don't know what I would've done without his help. I was panicked and stressed and he made the process SEAMLESS. Within 15 minutes I was sitting in a rental car. I wish the Miami locations had more Tylers. THANK YOU!

I can say that i have been using budget rental car company for years and the hassle i have to go thur just rent a car from them is cray. But my cousin told me to try Enterprise instead and i won't have to go thur that hassle anymore and she was right. Never going back. Enterprise is my go to car rental company for now on.

I had an absolutely perfect experience renting from the Exton branch. From start to finish, the process was seamless and completely stress free. The staff was friendly, professional, and had everything ready to go the moment I arrived. I was in and out quickly, with no hassle, no confusion, and no unnecessary waiting around.
This experience stood out even more because I recently had a rental at an airport location that was the complete opposite; slow and frustrating. The Exton team showed me how smooth and enjoyable the process should be.

Although the service was great and the car that I received was new and in good condition. I couldn't get over the smell of the car. I mean geez, did someone smoke two pack a day in it!? Nothing more embarrassing then having to stop to get an air freshener only to still have your coworker comment on the bad smell. Disappointing.

Needed a rental to replace the fleet vehicle for my company car after a deer accident. The office was prompt and kind and decent. Everything went well. I had never rented a car in this way before. It was a good experience and very helpful. I cannot do my job without my car as I travel 200-300 miles every day. Very grateful for the good experience and that I could continue doing my job.

Enterprise is the very best car rental company I have ever rented from. Their rates are very reasonable and their employees are awesome! I won't ever rent a car anywhere else. I tried calling another rental place and I hung up because they weren't very friendly. Enterprise gets my vote hands down!
