It started with another rental company recommending them when they themselves couldn't meet my needs. Enterprise requires a lower deposit than where I originally went & that's what I needed. More wiggle room so that I could afford the rental, the deposit, the gas & all the other expenses required for my last minute trip out of town for a family emergency. Then, after arriving at enterprise. Not only was the whole thing affordable, but the customer service was spot on. They really made sure I had the car that I needed, that it was clean and all fueled up. They got me on the road with little to no fuss. When I needed to stay an extra day where I was out of town, extending the rental period was just as seamless and hassle free, no questions asked. Upon my return, naturally my stuff was everywhere in the car. Did they hassle me? Did they make me feel pressured & in a rush? Absolutely not. We finished my return so that I wasn't being charged for any extra time snd they allowed me to take my time & get everything out without having to just throw it in my car... which would have just created a stressful situation when I arrived home. They took the extra worry and stress away so I could focus on family and they did it at a price that didn't break the bank. Thank you for everything! I'll be a returning lifetime customer. Why 4 stars?
Because there's always room for improvement. I would say that making loyal customer discounts and bonus rental rates an easily obtainablething would be the 5 star icing on the cake. 😉

Amazing experience. Rental agents especially the one that I dealt with extremely professional. Funny, very accommodating, I would absolutely go there again that location specifically. I had reserved a compact size vehicle asked for a free upgrade and got it without hesitation. I thought that was really nice of them to do. My back is wrecked so comfort is key as I had a 5 Hour drive ahead of me.

I like the fact that I was able to get picked up from the body shop and also was able to leave the rental at the body shop when I retrieved my vehicle

I rented car through Priceline and when I showed up at Enterprise to pick the car up, I was told there was no availability. They told me there was a "glitch" in the computer system that showed availability when there really wasn't any. I called customer service as the location I went to told me I was "on my own" to find a place that had availability. The customer service agent said they weren't permitted to search my area for availability as their system still showed my failed rental as "open". I was then told my concerns would be escalated to management, that would call to help solve issues. But was not given a time that would happen. I needed a rental within the hour as I was traveling and had places to go. So I began a search myself and after a couple of hours found another rental 10 miles from the one that had no availability. Management did finally call and leave a message over 10 days from when my issues were "escalated". The representative where I rented the car from was very nice and knew what he was doing. The only positive I had in this experience.
