I had made a reservation for a car this morning and I get there no car. And I was left walking. They stated they tried to call but I had no voicemail and it was not full as they stated. Not happy it's winter and I have to work.
I rented a vehicle to go to my son's funeral returned the vehicle about 7:00 a.m. in the morning there was one employee outside who had a pad and pen he entered the vehicle to check the mileage and check out the vehicle and I told him that the vehicle needed an alignment he was the first employee in the vehicle when I got home I noticed I left my son's obituary above the visor and the change bag which had about 20 to $30 in it in the glove department and I know I left this bag in the department on my life my my son's grave my grandma's grave my mother's grave I know for a fact 100% that the bag was in the glove department I told the manager about this he said he will investigate and check out the cameras but little do you know people can still stuff out of it vehicles without being seen on camera and if they find something in a vehicle of interest to them they can easily put it in your pocket or put it on them and then step out the vehicle and you won't be seen on camera but this is what the manager said that he had no evidence of nobody taken a bag on camera it's a shame that an employee was still a bag of change with 20 to $30 of quarters in it and nothing was done they returned my son's obituary but not the gray bag this is bad to have an employee working for you that would still like this from customers so I advise everybody make sure you check your vehicle out thoroughly before you leave the property or you'll never see it your items again
The manager at the Vernon Rockville branch was really good with communicating with the customers and very kind
My buddy Jerry Krieg had to rent a vehicle while his truck was in the shop. He traveled from New Jersey to help me with a electrical wiring project. The first vehicle had a major front end problem but Jordan quickly appoligized and quickly got another vehicle. While she was doing this the other staff even got involved and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. In today's world it's nice to see people take pride in their work. I rent car from Enterprise rental at Don megiel Toyota in nov.2022 for month.The insurance paid $1540 for dodge minivan 2019.
While I was driving been observed the acceleration was very slow,Iwas driving and I have my 5 young grandchildren with me and unfortunately some driver cut my way illegally while I was trying to accelerate to avoid deadly collision the acceleration didn't help me to avoid the accident but I have no way to slam very strongly on the brake and thanks God avoided the collision. I did reported this in verbally and in writting to the same office and l call enterprise customers care twice in the last 6 weeks no on contact me as I been told
My grandchildren were on sock and all of us jerked our back and the children were really very terrified until now and they are not interested to ride with me as result what happen
The car was mechanical not check out,the sale man told all thier van like this,no one responded to me as I mentioned above.shall I proced to call my legal counsel. This extremely bad experience.
I reserved a full size pick up truck to rent for the weekend of 1-6-22 to 1-9-22. Got to the rental location only to find out they did not have a truck for me. Then they offered me a mini van. Long story short from this bad experience I was able to find Great Service at Avis Car Rental. Avis accommodated me with a cheaper price for a truck rental I needed. Thank You Enterprise for bad experience I found Avis.
I was overcharged for my balance, 2 of my cards were charged without permission, had the Attorney General settle it, only to receive a letter stating I still owe the fraudulent amount! Don't go to the Lower Burrell, PA office!
My 69-year old disabled mom had to take off around 2 in the morning to take care of her sister. She showed a low tire right past the Loves on Hollowood Rd. Amarillo, Tx. I showed up. I called Road side assistance and they said I can replace it or what 75 minutes. I was right around the corner from Loves truck stop so I decided to take it around the corner, get air, and get her on her way. In that little distance the tire feal apart. I went to replace it and no spare. So, I called again. It took between 3 and 4 hours, feel asleep waiting, also was interrogated by the cops waiting wondering if I was on drugs or drunk. Just know I was at firestone at 6:45 that morning, because they had to call a tow truck, because they don't have the availability to bring me a spare. They did not have approval and did not want mom to wait, she was around the corner at my uncle's house because she had to charge her pain pump. I came back at 9 and no approval. I had a job physical test that I missed, and they refused to reschedule so I lost that job. Shortly after I was approached by the branch manager from Enterprise on Canyon Dr. who said they took the car because I drove it without being an authorized user. I stated that I tried to replace it, but no spare tire, he said, and I quote, " they are not obligated to provide a spare tire and I should have called a tow truck". So, without a car I went home. I called the complaint center twice and they said they will get back to me when they can. I filed on Friday and today is Saturday and no call. I called Saturday too. I was listed as a high-risk rental. I called ALLSTATE, my car was in a wreck, the reason for the rental, and he gave me another confirmation number to go somewhere else. They refused. The Allstate gentleman, Mr. Fowler was courteous and above board and an asset to AllState.Not obligated to provide a spare knowing my mom was 69. What if this happen in the middle of nowhere without medicine. You decide for yourself. It asked below of proof of purchase but it was in the car, I can tell you the new agreement AllSatte provided me with to replace the taken car was Y487NO
Enterprise is horrible, the WORST place to get a car. I was in an accident, that means I didn't have a car. I was told by my insurance to goto a specific location. So I catch a lyft and go, I was told that they transferred my reservations. So I said okay, walked home on 30 min walk. Called the location I was told to goto. They agreed that I was to come there. I catch another Lyft. Did you know that they transferred my reservations to another location! I'm extremely upset and highly disappointed. Now I'm stranded waiting for another Lyft. Now I have to miss work AGAIN! HORRIBLE Management and Company.

And when I returned back they told me I still have credit for $334 and I can use it as a credit and they told me to return it back after 5 days and still my credit for a day of $40.60 and they charged my credit card for $222 pretending that they didn't say any word and they went changed the rate price on the final bill! What thieves a an md bunch crooks I will never deal with Enterprise anymore
Car Hire was good however they do not return deposits held when you hire a vehicle. There was no reason for the deposit not to be returned. Was told in first phone call to Enterprise that the deposit had been returned. Checked with my bank and they said it had not been released. Rang Enterprise again and they said their accounts do it. Would not put through to their accounts.
We rented vehicle for a week (December 2,2022 - January 1st, 2023) to travel to North Carolina from Florida. We got half way there and found out our cabin for multiple reasons was not going to be available. So we headed back to Florida.

Had confirmed van reservation (direct tel call and email - "Your Reservation is Confirmed") and 60 minutes before I was to pick up the van from Danbury Enterprise, Danbury Enterprise called to advise they had no available rentals. I thne called mian Enterpreise line and all they could is sorry and this stuff happens. Great...I had a booked job that I had to reschedule - my customer was not pleased. I will NEVER you Enterprise again.
Parked in a mall parking lot while we ate lunch. Came back to find someone had stolen a tire and wheel off our rental car, leaving the car sitting on a chunk of lava. Called the police and Enterprise. Asked them to send a replacement car. They refused. They told us to put the little spare on and drive and hour to the airport. We didn't want to as my husband is 69 with a heart condition and we we had no idea what damage had been done when the car was dropped on the lava rock. Finally got them to agree to send a tow truck and an Uber to take us to the airport to pick up another car. Waited and waited and finally called Enterprise back. They had no record of the original report and had to take all the info over again. Then we had to go through the whole argument over again with them telling us we had to drive the car to the airport. They finally agreed (Aidan) to send an Uber. Then they wanted us to wait to give the keys to the tow truck driver. Took forever to get them to order the Uber. Ended up sitting in the hot parking lot with no water for almost 3 hours before they finally sent the car. Ended up costing us half a day of our vacation as well as being unnecessarily stressful and exhausting. It was a bad experience made much worse by Enterprise's incompetence and poor judgement.
Terrible customer service, always charging extra for mistakes they make. If you're looking for a trust worthy car rental place this is the wrong company.

Rented a mini van for Christmas week well in advance. We even called this enterprise location last night to confirm that they had a minivan.
They did not have a minivan for us at pick up. 7:30 am 12/23/2022
I voiced my disappointment to the branch manager, Brook Morris.
Outcome: She refused to rent a vehicle to my husband and me. She called the police. The police came. She had the police waiting in the lobby for a good 10 minutes as she was hiding in her office. They tried to talk to her. They led her out to us so she could say she was refusing service.
The 2 police officers talked to me outside and said that she was unprofessional and they themselves apologized for the treatment and have never seen such behavior from a manager.
This all happened at 7:30 am on the eve of Christmas eve.
Enterprise, what kind of people are you hiring? I am appalled to say the least and will NEVER return to Enterprise for my car rental needs.
Note: my husband I have have been renting from this location quite often and the previous manager, Hannah was wonderful. We understand that things happen and that the minivan was not available - but the issues I feel could have been adverted:
1. Let us know that a mini van wasn't available ahead of time. Why would we have to call to confirm this?
2. If a manager is unable to help with the issue - have a higher up be able to step in and aid.
3. Not sure if it is ok for you all to refuse service like this, when it is something not of a luxury but of a necessity.
First of all what poor customer service! This past November we got a rental car from Bangor maine Location. Which there are many other locations a lot closer but we were able to get a ride to Bangor to pick the car up no big deal then December 16th 17th and 18th it snowed well over a foot and a half there were trees down we had no power for the 3 days we tried to get out to the road to take the car back but was not able too so we called Saturday and it took many try's to reach someone. We were told on the phone it was going to be 100 to rent the car until Tuesday we paid at that time. Meanwhile our family got Covid our lil boy has been vary close to being hospitalized. We called Tuesday to explain and we were told we could drop it in Belfast and as long as it was there before 12 we wouldn't be charged. ANd we would get our 50 dollars back. Then today we went to pick up our sons medicine and our account was changed 150. And over drawn so we have fees on top of that we were unable to get his meds. My wife called and got absolutely shut down and we were told well it was 4x4 with good tires so. I got upset after hearing Justine say that so I got on the phone and yes I will admit I was out of line but from the start we had to travel to get the car when the reason we needed the car was bc ours was being fixed due to road conditions why would we want to chance your car apparently they're not many around since we had to travel over an hour 15 min one way when you have 3 other locations that are within 15 to 20 min from us so tonight when we called all we were trying to do is get our 50 from when we got it then the 50 from today but they didn't want to hear us or help us.
I recently had a bad experience with a rental at the Enterprise location in Nederland, Texas. The customer rep. Was Celeste. My rental was for a mini van for an important family trip. I booked several days ahead and was confirmed I would receive the van I requested. Celeste called the Friday before my trip at 6pm saying did I really need a van. She could only get a SUV that would seat seven. Not a good response. Never tell the customer what they need. She said she would look in neighboring areas for a van. On Saturday the day of the trip she was still looking and I had to settle for the SUV. Then last minute she said the Beaumont Texas site had a van. I drove to Beaumont to pick it up. The customer rep. In Beaumont had a great attitide got right out and gave us the things we needed. We left happy from that site. Celeste the rep at the Nederland site had a brash attitude not welcoming. My visit could.have been better if your company would have followed through with the promise of accomodating my specific car rental preference. Instead of presenting me with a rental type that I did not request.
Car hire is fine but you have to access through NCP car parks and if you use their services they are supposed to clear your drop off vehicle of the NCP charge.
They cannot be bothered to do this!
After my hire in July i now have a final stage £170 Debt Collection issue as despite the manager Al-Badry insisting in August, then October it was being taken care off, absolutely nothing was done. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS.
Now escalated to their head office and it is finally being dealt with.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNTRUSTWORTHY.
Answer: They do not respond to complaints. Which is kind of frustrating when you have a complaint.
