I rented from the Bronx Morris Park Enterprise in NYC on April 3,2023 and I have to say Deshawn was GREAT! He provided excellent customer service. I always go to this location and DeShawn and Marcus are fantastic!
I arrived at the Frankfurt Airport, and the Customer Service Representative, Aleyna was very professional. Her knowledge and expertise was quite profound the way she was able to navigate the system to ensure that I received exactly what I needed. Although it was somewhat busy, she still took time and made me feel like my business was just as important. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely become a returning customer because of my customer service experience. Outstanding!

This is the worst location ever! In all of my years of renting, it just continues to get worse each time. I don't know if it is because the company has grown so big over the years that they don't really pay attention to what kind of no personality people they hire or is it that they do not care who runs their business.
The so called branch manager, Shaylon Hugh has no real customer service skills. Miss nice-nasty is not genuinely polite at all...even almost a whole year later. This girl really needs more training on how to treat allllll customers the same. No special treatment to some then others not care. She also had the nerve to call another store and lie and say I didn't want to pick up from the Evans location, which was totally not true. She claim there was no compact vehicle, although there was one and even charged me extra for it. The Evans location is bias in my opinion from the people who work there against certain customers. It's just wrong and something needs to change immediately! They also needs to stop speaking negatively about the customer who they may dislike.
Hi my name is Ray Waldrop me and my wife needed to rent rental cars that was a thing in the past when we was growing up in our younger years every now and then we had to rent a car well this is our third time that we rented a car this month from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Marysville Washington Yen that work there has been a very good reliable person to talk to the guys that work here are a very good guys they're straight up and forth they're polite they're courteous they have manners manners is a big thing when you're renting cars or having a business manners will make a good deal or a bad deal with these gentlemen at this Marysville Enterprise Rent-A-Car are very good at that they understand what manners and respect is for the customers I've rented there three times already and I'm very very satisfied As Long as You Follow the contract of the deal that you make with these gentlemen you will have no houses no trouble no unexpected money coming out of your bank account none of that but you will get one thing you will get good business and I'm talking about down to earth decent good business that's why I go on here and leave these reviews because they deserve a good review for the excellent work and customer attention and customer care that they do for me I appreciate it and they just need a pat on the back every now and then to let him know that people does understand manners and respect and there's people at this company Marysville Enterprise Rent-A-Car understands that so young thank you very much for all the great work that you do thank you
Enterprise has had my car for a week after I bought it because when taking it home from the lot the skid plate fell from the front and scraped across the road, which should be an easy fix. After waiting for days I've been calling to see when it would be ready for pick up but it seems like they just keep giving me the run around and telling me they would call me back which they never have. Every time I call they tell me I should be able to pick it up the next day but for some reason it's still not ready a week later. 0 out of 10 will never shop again
I've just had £1445 debited from my credit card in March 2023 for alleged vehicle damage from a rental in October 2022! I had no correspondence prior to the debit and dispute that I caused even the slightest damage. If you have to use this company photograph everything when you collect and return the vehicle because if you don't you're likely to be charged for someone else's damage. Did an employee move the vehicle after I returned it and damage it?
What a scam, I reserved a car and picked it up. Employees were good. The car had mechanical issues a CV joint going out. I returned it early and when I got the receipt I was charged a extra $300 for a upgrade I never asked for and was never told about. A generic Honda passport with mechanical issues is definitely not a upgrade. When I said no I didn't agree to this I was told they cannot change the invoice. I've tried online multiple times and can't even get a response. Complete Scam by Enterprise.
I am stuck in a small town of new mexico. Enterprise is the only car rental in this town. I have talked to representative after representative and also the disability and escalations department about my situation and this is what happened. I have Crohn's disease and mental illness. I need to get out of this small town to get to a major city where I can get the treatment and meds that I need or I will get sick. I am not allowed to rent a car from Enterprise due to the fact that I do not have a New Mexico license. Therefore, I cannot use my banker debit card and I do not have a major credit card to pay for this purchase and they will not allow me to use my mother's credit card to pay for the purchase because she is not physically here. So because of these reasons I called the escalations department to see if they can make an exception due to my disability needs and they told me that because of the policy they are unable to help me be able to rent a car so that I can get to a place where I can get my medical treatment. They would not allow my mom to make the payment because she is not physically here and that is policy. With this company policy is more important than someone's life. So as I sit here for the next 3 weeks and wait for the engine in my car to be replaced and get sicker and sicker we know who to blame.
Renting the truck and delivering it back wasn't a problem. It was fine, but make sure if you need road side service DO NOT USE ENTERPISE'S ROAD SIDE SERVICE. Anyone the insurance that you would pay for through enterprise does not cover any roadside service. So if you need use roadside service use your personal roadside service that was they don't charge you an insane amount. I rented a truck and on the way back to drop it back off i had a flat tire. And when all said and done they charged me $1068 for a tire change doubled the amount of what renting the truck cost.
Tried to rent a car for my son in Ga, we are in Mo. 1st excuse. Could not because they need to verify our credit card in Ga. Couldn't go to the company here in Rolla, Mo and have them verify the card. 2nd excuse they don't have any available (From Rolla{not trying to get one from Rolla}) for one way drop off. 3rd excuse they don't have room for another drop off car in their lot in Rolla. Their customer service is the worst experience I have had in my 60 years. I will tell everyone who ever mentions renting a car to use any one other than Enterprise.
Rented a car through Enterprise while my truck was being repaired. Two days later Enterprise called to tell me the oil needed to be changed on that car. That I could bring it back and rent another or go get the oil changed! Never again!
Very rude misleading unfriendly company. Do not do what they tell you they are going to do. They lie straight up to your face. I used ledgewood nj franchise with a manager by name of Jose Gil biggest liar I have ever met very customer unfriendly. Will never use your company again.
After been a long-time customer (20 yrs) for Enterprise rent-a-car, today they refused to give me a pick up ride. This happened at a branch in Edmonton Alberta at this location: Edmonton Ellerslie; 1330 CALGARY TRAIL SW; EDMONTON, AB T6W 1A1
They said they were short on staff and couldn't give me a ride to the rental location. I requested to speak with the supervisor, but the supervisor hung up on me. He stated, "It is your responsibility, not ours, to pick up the vehicle from our location. You are 17 minutes away from us and we are unable to pick you up." And he just dropped the phone on me. He did not care a bit. This was extremely impolite and unprofessional. I felt like I was doing business with some street gangsters. They told me when I booked the car for business a week ago, that they would pick me up (give me a ride) from that location. As a matter of fact, they duped me into thinking that they would fully serve me as a customer. They did not! This was the most unprofessional conduct I've ever witnessed from a car rental company and from Enterprise itself.
I genuinely think Enterprise should fire all of the employees at that branch and replace them with new employees who have been trained in customer service. It's a total failure and despicable behaviour. Even in developing countries, where I have previously travelled for business, I have not encountered this type of behaviour like the staff of this branch. I will never rent a car from you again, and I urge everyone reading this message to do the same.
I needed a rental, my truck was in the shop. Called made the reservation, got the confirmation. The next day my son was taking me to pick up the rental, got a call they didn't have any cars. I made and recieved the reservation and confirmation.
Talked to the rental shop to a 12year old $#*!. Nothing they can do.
Maybe later they might have a rental. For 700$ they need to get the heads out their asses.
Worst rental company
After being sent from the fourth floor to the ground floor and back again I slapped my drivers license and credit card on the counter. The counter agent Victoria cortizo, who was at the opposite end of the counter, claimed that I had thrown my personal property at her and refused to rent me a car despite the fact that I apologized and let her know that my husband, who I was traveling with, had heart problems and could not keep going from floor to floor to rent a car. The manager Dominic Sheppard then said that he would rent us a car but there were none left despite the fact that we had a confirmation code.
We returned our rental car, and now we're be forced to do a claim for damage that was already on the vehicle. We have picture proof that we did not do the damage. Beware of Enterprise Rent-A-Car located on 4th Street in Beloit, Wisconsin.
I want to say that "by Far" enterprise has far exceeded my expectations. The gap between enterprise and the competition is vast. Shout out to Cooper R. For taking such good care of me.
Absolutely worthless company. Complete waste of my time. Booked a car a month out and when my plane landed told me they can't rent to me. Made me pay 900 for a ride to San Antonio because there were absolutely zero cars anywhere near South Padre. I would strongly recommend Hertz, ten times better, great car selection. Enterprise absolutely blows.
If I could do no star at all I would. Honda gave me a free truck to drive and it took me 45 minutes to get it because they had no staff. Then they gave me a two-wheel drive pickup truck with snow outside. In my opinion that's just stupid. It had no gas in it. And then they're trying to charge me cuz I drove through iPass which it did not have according to the fine print I owe that. The truck was dirty, out of alignment, and the brakes pulled left... I will never use this service again even if it's free!
