When I returned the rental car Fabio was professional & curtious I will definitely use them again yes
They gave me a car that broke down when we got to our destination so when we called and told them how our car broke down they sent someone out to tow the car which took 8 hours just for the tow truck driver to get to where the car is then we specifically told them we need a new car that night because we have to leave the next morning. The tow truck driver told us after he towed the original car he would come back with a new one that they had waiting for us. After waiting another 8 hours the new car never showed up so we got on the phone wondering where the new rental is and then was told there wasn't a rental they had to give us so the person on the phone told us WE had to find a Uber and pick up a car that was an hour away! It's not our responsibility to find a Uber to get there. THIS WAS THEIR FAULT! We will never rent again from enterprise and I recommend anyone else to stay away from enterprise
I always believe that if you travel any where you can rent a car while you are there, I call the concord NC location I was transferred to screening department the lady was rude and the she said since you are from out state we can not rent a car to you.
The girl Sandy not only questioned whether my husband and I were married she was so rude! I would never give them a dime. And it's like my husband said she doesn't know who we are. But they will find out over time. Our money will go to Hertz from now on. There is a reason why they have a low rating stay away! Oh and you managers I have already filed a complaint.
Our truck broke down in Kentucky (Thurs., 6/16) and had to rent vehicle while ours was being fixed. National Enterprise told us a compact car was available but would not pick us up. Then they called back and said we would be put on a waiting list. We called the local office in London, KY and Ben couldn't be more helpful. He said he only had a pick-up available and would bring it right over to our hotel. The truck was very clean. We were a day late in returning the rental because our truck was not finished. Enterprise didn't even charge us the extra day! Fantastic people, great service! Would definitely use them again.

I had a reservation set for 11:00 got there and they tell me they have no cars it will be an hour and a half and 5 hours later still no call from Enterprise worst possible help somebody could ever get
Long story short I call to triple check my vehicle will be at the correct location at the time I'm getting a friend to uber me, I get there Thursday at 130 to shelton ct and the woman in the front was kinda rude ( we don't have your appointment, must be in Bridgport, we can upsell you a more expensive car though, absolutely not going to happen, this is not acceptable and I then I call and talk to customer support who claims a manager in the area will reach back asap and have gotten a voice message or phone call so horrible job so far and yes I'm still waiting for a call, apologies, and what they can do for me-
I'm gonna need the company to come pick me up, I'm gonna need the company to give me a better vehicle for the same cheap price, I will get a phone call by someone very soon or I'll keep leaving these honest reviews, demanding better from your company shouldn't be to hard…
The rentals are okay, just do not take their collision insurance, they overcharged me on my credit card, without my permission and it was a hassle to get them to reimburse you for their mistakes.
This was an insurance rental car. The Coeur d'Alene, ID rental place on Government Way did not have the correct standard size car so they put me in an upgrade. Now they want to charge me a $194.50. I talked with the manager Anthony about the matter. I could not get him to provide a satisfactory outcome, felt completely insulted with the accusations and sleazy used car salesman responses. I cannot recommend this location, nor will I rent from that location again while Anthony is the manager.

Terrible…horrible! I was involved in a car accident and needed a rental vehicle. I used Enterprise Scam-A-Car and I wish I NEVER did! At the end of my "agreement" they charged me the total balance, and took the $1,000 from my car insurance. Double dippers! I tried relentlessly to dispute the charge but Enterprise Rent-A-Scam fought back every time…stating that they had "strong" policies about charging the initial card put down for the rental. Right when I thought I was making some progress with my dispute…Enterprise completely changed the whole entire bill. First the total balance was $1,012.40…then after my many attempts to dispute and reaching out to Enterprise to get my money back…they pulled a different "total balance" out of their rearends! Fraud. Deceit. Lies. Robbery. Run far away from this big corporate THIEVES!
We flew into the Atlanta Airport 5/18/23 at 11:00 and picked up the car. The woman behind the counter was extremely kind, and we then picked out a car from several. The woman at the check out at the garage also had a great attitude. Car was great, drop off easy. We will use them again.

I wish I could give negative stars! I rented a car and when I returned it they suddenly noticed a minor dent (scratch-less) on the backdoor. I park my car only at home and office and never got such a bump (for 5 years). I feel that the dent was already there but they forgot to notate it. The car has many similar dents all over the sides. However, they say that it was my fault and that I have to pay for it. I pleaded like crazy but they wouldn't budge. So, helpless, I checked around in a few auto body shops and everyone said that it is not more than a $200-$250 job to get an estimate of what I might be required to pay.
Enterprise got the car fixed at a body shop of their choosing and got a bill for $1,000 for it. They didn't even check with me before. They just got the car fixed and then sent me this bill. God knows what all they did to the backdoor that the bill was 4x the quotes I got from other body shops in the region.
When returning the car, one agent didn't even notice the bump, it was so minor. It was barely larger than the golf ball size stencil they were carrying.
Horrible, horrible experience. I hope nobody else is scammed this way and faces the pain and discomfort that I faced.
I'm thinking his name may be jay I may be wrong. But I rented a car from his location and drove to Panama City. I had to stop so many times it took us hrs more then it should have. I went to every enterprise in Panama City even airport no one would switch out the car. I took all my vacation to try and get the tire fixed. No luck no enterprise would switch me out. I drove from miles miles miles. There was a slit in the tire 3 day to get through Walmart. No one would help me. The last day I stopped back at the last place and talked to this man again in Panama City about getting another car. When I walked in he said I have a truck just got. He switched us out and home we went. We lost our vacation and we lost family time with my family. We rented a $4500.00 condo. But as soon as I got back to Knoxville I drove the truck to drop off. The manager was so awesome incredible. He told me the customer driving car comes first always before renting out to new customer. Well not in Panama City. He was so helpful that today I think of why I choose Enterprise on Clinton hwy north. The best service you will ever get. He's on heck of a manager and told me he make it right with me my next trip. But don't hesitate renting from Clinton Hwy north. Amazing group of people (Family). I can't say enough about him but losing vacation with family money and time you can't get back. Worst company ever! Especially the Vero Beach branch! Hope other car rental companies will open branches in Vero Beach to break their monopoly and show them how business should be done. Not Herts cuz they are like the sister Enterprise

Car broke down set up a reservation with them over the phone to pick up from them cab here and they don't have any car so waste of a trip and no rental.
