When I received a parking ticket, they said they will cover it but instead I had to pay for it all. Ticket went from $13 to $78 because of them. Horrible service I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I've never once experienced such terrible customer service in this way. Never recommending anyone to this enterprise, you're gonna lose a ton of money. Stay away from them!
I booked on line for 1 day asked to be picked up with a confirmation that I received the day I was to get a pick up I was left there with an explanation that I was out of range. Got in an argument with the office in Surrey office and they cancelled my rental total Morans new again
Terrible terrible terrible …. Do not rent from this location. Managers Chris and colin are the worst! Staff isn't knowledgeable. The cars are dirty that they put you in. Pick up from repair shop that is literally located across the street took almost an hour. Mind you I called one hour prior to pick up and repair shop called 2x as well. Terrible customer service, my card was overcharged, I called and the employees and manager kept telling me it was a mistake and a refund will appear in 3 business days…. 7 business days went by … still no refund. Talked to manager Colin a week and a half later he didn't have a clue what was going on. Only to find out the refund was never put in and I was just getting the run around, finally received my money back almost 2 weeks later. Any location but this one …. BEWARE.

I feel compelled to write this review, they pushed my hands. On March 4th, 2023, I booked a round trip ticket to travel outside of the country to return on the 6th. Since it was a quick trip, I figure it was financially sound to leave my rental car from Sixt at the airport given the length of my trip. Little did I know I would run into some trouble to comeback. Essentially, I went over the rental agreement which turns me into a fugitive according to their rental procedures. With little options that I have left, I went online and booked a reservation with Enterprise rent-a-car for Friday the 17th of March to be picked on or around 3:00 PM. On my way to the location, I received a call from Darcy, and she alleged there was no car available, and they had to modify my reservation. Since I was close by at the time I received the call, I decided to stop by to ask if they would have any car beyond my schedule pick up. The gentleman took my number and called sometime around 5:00 PM to advise me that they could not accommodate me for that day. I called Uber for a ride home that day with my daughter and picked up the car on Saturday. It is worth noting, the same person, Darcy S., processed the transaction that day. Here is the confusion, they charged me for the day the car was not available and accused me of stealing. As we speak, no one from corporate or otherwise would answer the phone or give me an explanation. As much as $73 is more like a $1000 for me at this time, the notion that I tried to rip them off is beyond the pale and a gut punch.I do have my Uber receipt that showed the driver took me to that location to borrow a car that day from someone who was at work.
More than a week before a planned trip I reserved a car at my local enterprise office. They are always excellent. The day I was supposed to travel I arrived at that location to be told that the airport office had come in and taking all there there to all intents and purposes my rental was canceled. The local office did call the airport and did reserve a new car there. Unfortunately, the airport is set up for people flying in and not for locals. It took us nearly 2 hours to locate the car pick up and we were on the road significantly later than we wanted to be. No excuse, no explanation, no apology. I love my local office, but will have to reconsider ever using enterprise again.

Due to a problem with my Lexus, I left it at Ken Shaw Collission Centre at 2336 St. Clair Av. W., Toronto and consequently signed a rental agreement for a car with Enterprise rent-a-car located there. Based on dealing with peolpe (Oscar was one of few guys) at Enterpeise rent-a-car I must warn others - DO NOT USE this place! Totally incompetent, disorganized, unprofessional, total NEGLIGENCE! They don't return calls, do not provide necessary documents, using a car on your VOID rental agreement and getting tickets, no respect for customer's time and money! I have been told that Oscar is also at another location (Dundas West). Watch out. Never available, never returning your calls. Dishonest and not trustworthy operation. Make sure that you check a rental car in every detail! My car Toyota had a major damage that an employee was not even aware of it. Make sure that all your papers are legally correct and you will not become a victim of unread documents. They use a tablet to show you a contract, which is impossible to read. Just fast, fast initials. I never received a voided rental agreement for the first car that I didn't use and I asked several times for it. Also never received a rental agreement for another, second car. Just be aware!
I return my car at 40 Street and 72nd Ave Miami Fl location yesterday morning as I had an accident and the attendant did not wanted to take me to my drop off location few miles to Honda as they promess I had to call Uber took me 25 waiting for Uber

This review is for the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 612 W Loop 289 in Lubbock, Texas. WORK ENTERPRISE EVER! I had a reservation scheduled for today. They refused to pick me up. I called a lot, and I was never able to talk to anyone in the store. I work for a call center, so I can't answer personal calls. Plus if I don't know who's calling me, I don't answer. So they give me MAJOR ATTITUDE about how they've claimed that they've tried to call me all day long. They NEVER left me a voicemail to call them back. And after giving me major attitude for not answering their calls, they get mad at me for not being happy with them and having an attitude because I had to find a ride to their store. Then that ride had to come back and get me and take me home because they refused to rent to me because I accidentally left my wallet at home today. So apparently it's OK for them to have a horrible attitude and talk to you very rudely and unprofessionally, but if you have an attitude, they get mad and kick you out of their stupid store.
You people REALLY need to be careful with how you treat people! You have NO CLUE what people are going through in their personal lives! You don't know that someone has been living a nightmare since her daddy died in September of 2020 due to leukemia or that her brother has turned her entire family against her. You have NO CLUE about the excessive suicidal thoughts someone may be struggling with on a daily basis and that your HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL behavior just might be enough to push them over the edge!

Upon arrival, I encountered Alani Tompkins who displayed true professionalism with brief breakdown of each topic concerning the rental. The exchange was quite pleasant. My return with another Enterprise associate, whose name escapes me, was quite pleasant as well.
This is worst service I've ever had Ms Taylor at the edsall Road store in alexandria Virgina is the worst Manager. I reserved a full size vichicle and she wanted to give me a toyota corrolla called the customer service number they transferred my reservation to the Duke Street store in alexandria Virginia. It's had no cars. They then transferred my reservation to the Arlington mills rd store in Arlington Virginia I had to wait another hour for them to clean the vichicle of car hair... delayed my travel time to my family reunion...the car was still dirty mud was in the trunk. Now I'm on my way back from my vacation the engine light is on... the escalation department still hasn't call me back from June 29th its July 5th I had to call again.spoke to E55CXR I'd number luiz.Luiz. A nice man too another complaint still waiting
Rented a Car on expedia, best price and model for the trip. They never delivered the car, gave it away. I was 2 hrs late on the pick up, never gave a solution. I will never rent with them again.
We picked up a Fiat Panda at the Heraklion (Crete) Port office. The next morning it would not start; the battery was bad. After much argument Enterprise finally sent someone out with a replacement car, but we lost half a day of our vacation waiting around.
Then upon return to the States, I reserved a car online for pickup at SeaTac airport and return in downtown Eugene OR. However when I tried to pick up the car I was told that a debit card was not acceptable for one-way rentals, only a credit card; we do not have a credit card. There was nothing in the reservation process that mentioned this stipulation. Furthermore, the Crete reservation was made with a debit card with no problem (car was returned at the Chania airport).
The result was that I was forced to go to another rental company (Budget) who did accept my MasterCard debit card, although of course since this was not reserved in advance, all the economy cars had sold out and I had to rent a large vehicle at twice the price I'd budgeted for. Plus because Budget has only an airport office, this added a lot of time and hassle to the final leg of my trip.
I will not be using Enterprise again and will not recommend it to anyone.
The most awful and the scariest experience that I had in my life!
They provided me a car which had had an accident before and damaged already. I believe they never even checked if the car is safe and secure to drive again.
But the scariest part started when during the drive the car just switched off- like the car was not receiving energy! I completely lost control of the car no gas neither brakes were working! As I was approaching the intersection, my car luckily stopped due to the car in front me stopping as the light switched to red.
The car in front of me took almost no damage, as I was thankfully at a speed of 20-25km/hr. Then I had to call towing service, because I was not able to start the car! No power at all!
After all this horrible experience to apology was provided to me, they had contacted and got refunded from my insurance without my authorization!
Someone should take the responsibility for the life and security of their customers!
On June 13,2023, I had a reservation 3 to 4 months ahead to pick up this car for a trip my son had to perform at so I got a call at 9:21 a.m. saying they have no vehicles available. So I ask what I suppose to do she replied to try to get one at another location I'm like really I have to go so I want be late. Well, I was an hour late because I had to go way to another location that had a vehicle. Why wasn't I called a day before or 2 days before? I rent from this place all the time because it's not a skip away from my house. I'm very unsatisfied with how I was done and if that's how the business going to be run it needs to be closed. The phone number shows the last-minute call. That's bad business

When I returned the rental car Fabio was professional & curtious I will definitely use them again yes
They gave me a car that broke down when we got to our destination so when we called and told them how our car broke down they sent someone out to tow the car which took 8 hours just for the tow truck driver to get to where the car is then we specifically told them we need a new car that night because we have to leave the next morning. The tow truck driver told us after he towed the original car he would come back with a new one that they had waiting for us. After waiting another 8 hours the new car never showed up so we got on the phone wondering where the new rental is and then was told there wasn't a rental they had to give us so the person on the phone told us WE had to find a Uber and pick up a car that was an hour away! It's not our responsibility to find a Uber to get there. THIS WAS THEIR FAULT! We will never rent again from enterprise and I recommend anyone else to stay away from enterprise
