I expected to be rushed, hurried and pushed through. I was not I was treated as though I felt like a family member. They were gracious and kind always there to help even when I was having trouble tied up at work at home, whatever they worked with me in every situation and I had the car for many months I cannot think the Texas office in Mesquite the management and the staff there are amazing and all stores should be measured around this one and the way they act the way they treat people. It was all around an amazing experience as far as trying to rent a car thank you all for everything.

Inspection of vehicle became my job? Using that shading aid? Took way to long. Fix the issues on the car. Don't make me And my time get wasted because of the remaining damage left from others. Fix the cars.

The 2 young ladies at this location were superb! The wait here is unbelievable. Rented vehicle was recalled and have to exchange. The exchange was no where near the category of my rental. Way too small. Everyone was apologetic but it didn't change the fact we were squeezed in a small car vs SUV

I always have a great experience at the Valrico location the manger Kevin always make sure I get into a vehicle out of all the locations I've felt with this one by far is the best one all around from customer service to great personalities with all the employees.

I like renting cars for different drives. Too many times I have to wash the windows. Sometimes I have to wash the entire car. ENTERPRISE did give me a credit. Gas policy. Differs depending on where you rent the car. ENTERPRISE at Longo Toyota still owes me $25 for gas from an SUV I rented. Longo Toyota ENTERPRISE is absolutely the worst place I gave ever rented a car from. All guys, very rude, one nice guy. Could not find that guy when I returned the car.

The car was great and served our purpose. The customer service was not good. I was called the next day after returning the vehicle telling me that I had hail damage. I was no where close to any storms. I told the person that called me that I was out of state and was not in any storms. The car was parked in a covered garage. The gentleman kept accusing me that there was not any hail damage when I picked it up and there was definitely damage now. I ended up hanging up on him since he wouldn't listen to me. He did call back and left a message apologizing, but he left it as a misunderstanding on both our parts. Since there was hail cited close by to where I picked up the vehicle, it was assumed that I was in the hail and had damage. It took them looking at my speedometer and realizing how many miles I drove in 2 days and them calling in the state that I visited to see if there was any bad weather to convince them that I was telling the truth. I was not happy.

The minivan was new and very clean so it worked out really well for our cargo and us. But I think the best part was the customer service from Andrew. He picked me up at home and was attentive, informative and friendly throughout the pickup transaction and return. He exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

Excellent experience. Enterprise really helped make a stressful situation much more easy-going. I was able to get my rental and return it with ease. The dropbox for keys after hours is extremely convenient for me. I had no issues with my rental car and will definitely consider using enterprise again in the future. Also very friendly staff.
