You quoted me a cost of $154. I paid that. Because l used a debit card you charged me $300 how is that not criminal? When l shop is a store the price l agreed to pay is the price we agreed. You then charged me $454 when we agreed to $154 that's criminal l will be writing to the Better Business Bureau. You are a horrible reprehensible organization

Pleasant and professional just could've been a bit more pro with the initial acquiring of the vehicle. I had to wait most of the day as their vehicle had to come in and be cleaned. But after that, it was a very good experience.
