Pleasant and professional just could've been a bit more pro with the initial acquiring of the vehicle. I had to wait most of the day as their vehicle had to come in and be cleaned. But after that, it was a very good experience.

I drove off on a Ford Escape, and realized it was not a good fit for me. I couldn't reach the pedals very well, so I took it back and had it exchanged with no problems!
Upon arrival the manager and other employees were extremely professional. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my rental. Upon returning the rental, I felt the same extraordinary feeling from the manager and staff. The manager asked me if I was satisfied with the rental and if I had any concerns or problems that needed to be addressed. I didn't have any problems or concerns. Everything was great. I plan to use this Enterprise for all of my rental needs. Excellent customer service!

I rented a car from Enterprise in Pella, Iowa while my car was in the shop for repairs. DJ and Dane, the two team members I interacted with, were both super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and comfortable. From filling out the paperwork, to picking me up from the auto shop and giving me a ride back there once car had been repaired, those two made the process of renting a car an easy and pleasant experience.
