I had a great experience with Enterprise Rental Car. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome and well taken care of. The team went above and beyond—they even picked me up from a different location, which made everything very convenient.
The manager was especially helpful. Even though he was busy, he took the time to call my insurance company and made sure I got a larger vehicle similar to my truck. That level of effort really meant a lot.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, with clear and timely updates via text message. After I returned the rental car, they even called me back to let me know that my deposit was still on hold and would be released within a couple of days, which I really appreciated.
Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend them.

No option on what type of car. Gave me the highest priced, charged for Insurance I didn't want. Manager wouldn't call me back

The vehicle condition and the renting/returning experience was pretty good. The only reason for a negative feedback is that I discovered near the end of the trip that the vehicle's registration expired over a year ago. Driving that vehicle has been a huge safety/legal risk, and I expected Enterprise to be a little more observant about their fleet before letting a vehicle go on road.

This was a great location and I had a great experience. Pick up and return of vehicle was a breeze, great communication and friendly employees. I ended up getting an upgraded vehicle at no additional charge. I would highly recommend enterprise if you are looking to rent a car.
