I have been flying a lot, to visit my terminally ill mother. It's been so hard and then I arrive at Sacramento enterprise, and I leave so happy. These employees are the BEST customer service, I've ever experienced. If I was given a free rental elsewhere, I'd refuse it. That's how great they are. The night manager and all of the employees are extremely helpful. David ( at drop off) personally drives me to the terminal, cause he knows my situation is so hard. I forgot to give him a tip and actually sent him a card. They deserve this review. Don't go anywhere else….you will be so happy to be part of this group.
