This is actually my second positive experience with this location [ 6220 E progress lane Denver Co *******] the staff are amazing, great customer service specially Stephanie Otalora and Alex Keech. I always choose to drive from far away to this location even though I live near by another enterprise location because of the way how they handle the renting process, so smooth and easy peace. Thanks to everyone over there including the Manager Taylor.
Staff at both pick up (Austin, TX Stassney at Manchacha location) and drop off (Albuquerque downtown, Lomas Street) were wonderful. Robert at the Albuquerque location drove me over to the Amtrak station and was a joy.
My only complaint is that the washer fluid was empty at pick up, and I had to buy a gallon at a convenience store as soon as I noticed. However, Robert in Albuquerque credited my account the $5 it cost.
Otherwise- absolutely no complaints.

Was given a higher tier car without asking for one when the insurance was quoted for a different vehicle. When returning the vehicle and I was asking for reimbursement for the extra days insurance I purchased I was told I actually owed more money. It took over an hour and both the assistant manager of kirksville and General Manager of Columbia t9 fix this and I was only issued a $30 refund when my deposit alone I was supposed to get back was $50. After the stores spoke they saw that in the 45seconds I was in Columbia getting the rental I did not ask to be put in another vehicle, they just had no other ones and did not change the rate. This is fraud and terrible buissness practices.
Answer: They do not respond to complaints. Which is kind of frustrating when you have a complaint.
