Noblesville Enterprise was extremely helpful and friendly. I went in last minute before closing after having issues at another rental company. They got me into a rental with no issues so I could leave for vacation on time!

I was given a car that did not work very well. A flapping sound started under the hood on the passenger side when I got to 40 mph. It would start and stop a couple of times on my short route to and from work. The windshield had a soapy film on it making it difficult to see out.

I needed a rental cause my vehicle was having some body work done. My insurance agent set it up and I loved the ease of both pick up and drop off. Had the rental for the week cause I don't have a second vehicle and needed to get to work. Staff was kind and friendly.

Awesome customer service and my representative went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle before leaving. Awesome 👌 job

Overall great experience. The only complaint is, the person who details the cars need to clean under the back seats, found food crumbs and straw wrappers and found someone's credit and debit cards under there.

I had a good experience here the staff were very nice and friendly. I would definitely go back to them. They took good care of me when I needed a rental due to somebody hitting my car and I was glad I was able to get help from them.

My vehicle was damaged, so I had to drop it off at a body shop. The enterprise agent worked with me to pick me up from the body shop, and was able to do so at MY convenience. Also, I needed a specific type of vehicle and after explaining my situation they were able to give me exactly what I needed. They were pleasant and incredibly helpful in a stressful situation.

I had a great experience at this location. The car I reserved hadn't been returned and Manase Mose went above and beyond to help me get the right car. He called another store and had an employee go pick it up. The drop off was great. I feel like everyone genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I had a great experience. You really don't get this type of customer service anymore and I am so thankful!

Enterprise in Jacksonville, IL was a great vehicle rental experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Vehicle we rented was very clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend.
