My experience was with the location in Henderson Texas. My sales rep or my rental rep was Kendall. Most well dressed professional exceptional and I can't even put into words the rest for him. For somebody to go above and beyond everything he does with his company for his customers shows a lot. Do you want a place that will make you really appreciate humanity and allow you to know that humanity still exists This is that place. I was given a 3/4 ton Dodge four-wheel drive 2024 and no bad reviews are to be given because the truck exceeded it's expectations. But can we go back to the person who helped me I'm grateful that theirs people like this still exist. A warm smile goes a long way but a smile that really stands out and has true meaning behind it with appreciation would definitely describe this person. Very helpful very knowledgeable and very understandable. Go check them out see if they do the same for you. Glad I'm able to share my experience with everyone else.

This particular location kept my personal garage remote and lied about it. I had to spend $120+ to get a new remote and have other remotes rekeyed. I filed a police report for theft of personal property and to be on record if there are any break-ins or loss of personal property in the future. Plus may use to file small claims to get my money back.
The employees are very nice. The reason I use enterprise is because they are willing to give you a ride. Also I use them for one way rentals.

I was hit by a stolen vehicle while driving my rental. The manager that took car of me after the incident, Ramel, went above and beyond in his help of arranging my new rental and coordinating with other agencies to get my belongings. He wS a very bright spot in a wild a chaotic time. I can't thank him enough. He earned a customer for life!

This is for the Green park, MO location. I was injured in a car accident for work and insurance set up a rental deal for $1500 for a month and they had 0 full sized suvs. I asked if they would have one the next day in they didnt even check they just said I hope so not caring at all. I am 6'9 and I cant fit in a regular car. I had to miss work that day. The next day they had a full sized suv and the manager was extremely rude and said it will be $250 more dollars and I didnt qualify anyways for a suv because I am cash only no credit when they are partnered directly with my insurance. My dad offered to use his card 800 credit score but he wouldnt let him. I asked them if the only option is to get in a tiny car with my legs over my head and break my legs in an accident and they said pretty much. I will NEVER go there again. They were all rude 20 yr old gen z workers to someone who just got out the urgent care the day before. Figures. F-

Vehicle selection reservation options were thoroughly explained and easy. Pickup and return was very quick and simple. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all encounters.
