The rental car from Enterprise was a Mitsubishi Mirage. This car was so underpowered it was scary driving it on the freeway. The air conditioning on MAX barely kept up and the ride was very rough. It was the most unpleasant and unenjoyable vehicle I have ever driven. I have used Enterprise many times in the past and have been very satisfied with the vehicle they have provided. But this car was not good at all. It was an almost brand new car so I don't put the fault on Enterprise for the cars condition but Enterprise should really consider removing these cars from their fleet. They are not good!

If a customer rent multiple times and there are no issues though the posit should be reduced each time, so there is no depos it for great customers. Over all I had great customer service Each employee was very helpful With a smile.

I can start off by saying the price was different than what it was online. The vehicle had dog hair inside of it I had to go vacuum it so that others could sit in the backseat.
Due to bad traffic and an accident that occurred while returning the vehicle it push me as much as an hour late and in return I was charged.
