I had a craving for iced tea with a sweet fruity flavor. The only one I wanted had to be Apricot Peach Black in tea bags. I remembered how truly good I had it in years past when I first ordered ETS tea.

The online store was easy to use and the product is beautiful. It was a gift for a friend. I didn't mind that it took several weeks for it to be shipped, but unfortunately my gift message was not included in the package. My friend didn't know it was from me. I wish my gift message (which the order page allowed me to include) was included in the box.

I got this tea (Metz Long Island Strawberry Tea) when I stayed at a hotel and at the time, I wasn't able to find it for sale online. I was so happy when I found it available here! I ordered a ton of it!

A customer for more than a decade. Now the services are at the lowest, can not contact customer rep for order delivery delay or any other relevant questions.
Think twice before doing business with English Tea

Was able to compare items and place an order very easily. Only info I could not find on an item was how many ounces a teapot holds, unless one cup = 8oz. Otherwise, great website and service!

I'm glad I stumbled across English tea store upon squirreling for little strawberry desserts. They're exactly what I wanted easy ordering and delivered on time. Thank you.

I buy loose tea regularly for my husband. The selection is wonderful and the efficiency of shopping and delivery is always good.

I've bought the same brand tea from local grocery store and it doesn't taste the same. Plus, it's way more expensive! Thanks English Tea Store!

My order took too long to fulfill, it was not even looked at until a week later. Oderder was place 2nd week of October and was fulfilled in the 3rd or 4th week.

Every now and then when we receive a shipment from the English tea store, one or two charges or broken. Perhaps extra measures should be taken in the paacking process to avoid thiis from happening.

I had to contact you on my order that I placed on the 6th of October. You had not notified me of any delay. And when I threatened to cancel the order is when you finally done something otherwise it probably would have gotten nothing done. I was not happy at all about the no contact until I contacted you. It should not of taken this long to get my order. Your people dropped the ball on this big time.

Love your products but delivery took way too long. I can't order from you again as I sell your products in my business and you can't be dependable on delivery. Sorry

The delivery time is very long. I inquired about the shipping status at one point and was disappointed in the AI response -- it told me nothing that I didn't know. I'd love to support businesses other than Amazon, but expect better service OR communication OR both.

From start to finish, it was the best experience. I had a list but wasn't sure, asked a? And it was answered fast!

I love tasting different teas. I was looking for vanilla tea and i found a creamy vanilla, which is very good by the way. So i bought the small 5 bag, to try it.

Order took nearly 2 weeks to be filled and the package didn't have my name or apartment number so the Post office started to return it to sender. I spoke to the postal carrier and he managed to deliver the next day.

I don't use your site very often, so I did not see that there was a vacation break. I think it would have been better if you had given me some sort of notice that it was going to be a while before my order was shipped. And I had no way of tracking it.

Incredible selection when you already know what you're looking for in teas, biscuits, jams and delights. If you've never tried English island teas, the samples are a great way to learn. I'll be coming back regularly.
