I have been buying products from the English Tea Store for 3-4 years now, and I have always been very pleased with the quality of the items. I frequently give the as gifts at Christmas now.
I was a little worried about my order because it contained glass jars of preserves and I had had a bad experience with an order from another source in the past. So, I was delighted to open the package and to see everything packed with great care, especially the three glass jars! Bravo and many thanks!😊
Overall the experience was very good one of the 4 jars of marmalade I ordered was smashed (not just broken but completely shattered)let customer service know and they took care of it quickly so it turned out ok. In future I hope they think wrap multiple glass jars separately though.
