I ordered tea from English Tea for the first time. The tea had good reviews. While I knew it wasn't going to be overnight, it took over a week before the tea was even shipped, then another week for it to arrive. There was no communication from the store. Plenty of ads trying to sell me more tea, but nothing about the tea I bought and had yet to taste. I'll be looking for something local when this tea is used up.

Appreciative of the length they go to provide these goods. Price is beyond reasonable in this day & age considering the circumstances of the niche demographic they're catering to. Always looking forward to my next order. Thank you so much.

I have loved and used twining tea all my life. I have started my day with Earl grey and still do! Twining had great varieties of tea and the stores around here dont have nearly enough twining tea

Organic Assam Gold TGFOP is top quality for a very decent price. We order in bulk 5 lb that last about six months. The best comes out when we make the tea in William Sonoma 1.5 qrt sauce pan. Brew 5 minutes.

I initially placed an order because I thought that I was going to receive free shipping. I did not receive that. I understand why you did not give me free shipping, but the information is not clearly stated on your website.

Received promptly as stated when purchased.The tea is brisk with a warming taste.

I was pleased that the teas I ordered arrived packaged well both in their individual pouches and box and in the overall delivery package. I was delighted with the tastes of the 4 teas I had ordered as well, especially withe the Russian Caravan which I hadn't been able to find elsewhere. The teas are flavorful for my morning cuppa as well as tea breaks later in the day, whether it's the tiramisu blend or the Earl Grey.

English Tea Store expertly shipped the tea we ordered and also the infusers. They let us know that the infusers were backordered, but they still arrived. Thank you.

I placed an order sometime in December. I did not receive my tea and a nice lady contacted me to tell me there was only a street address and no house number. She re-issued the package. Shipping did seem to be a bit delayed but I did receive my product and the lady was very nice.

My package arrived with two items irreparably damaged. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the ruined materials so they will not be replaced. It is no surprise that a jar of marmalade broke, only surprising that some didn't. It was the worst job of packing I have ever seen.

I ordered two boxes of Christmas crackers to have for next year and they came immediately. I was so surprised and they look great so I'm prepared for 2026!

Order was here--regular shipping I believe in less than a week. Very happy with this company and the variety of choices.
Only wish some of the teas came in larger quantities. Like PG Tips does... something to perhaps pass on to the Yorkshire tea LOL.

It's a bit cheaper than ordering good tea from a famous English provider (shipping increasingly an issue with tariffs) and the quality seems to be excellent. The service could not be better.

I found exactly what I was looking for and the shipping was quick! I'm excited to use these as favors for my sisters baby shower!

I love the fact that there are Irish products. Deciding what to purchase was hard because everything looked so good but I was able to order effortlessly and shipping was quick.

I got a new teapot for Christmas, but I don't have any stores around where I live that have decent selections for loose tea. I liked the fact that this site has a wide selection of loose teas and has sample sizes.

I ordered a specific lime green "modern" 14-oz teapot and along with this gift was to be some sample teas and honey sticks. These items were just components of a larger gift to my stepdaughter but the teapot was the "star." I was not told that the teapot had been discontinued when I inquired as to the lack of arrival. I tried to cancel the order when I learned of the discontinuance, however, was told that I couldn't do that because the order w/o the teapot had already been shipped. I was given a refund for the teapot. I don't plan to do business with the English Tea Store in future.
