I have no complaints about the products themselves, but this time around the shipping time was quite extended. I placed an order I placed an order on November 28 and finally received the items on December 12.

One item was not available right away and they let me know, and let me decide if I wanted the order split into separate packages or wait and have it all at once. I appreciate the flexibility. When everything arrived it was as described and well packaged. Thanks!

Order came. However processing time was excessive. I ordered advent calendars for December and they arrived on December 5th. Wouldn't have minded however I ordered them in plenty of time for them to arrive.

The service was very good but I tried to contact you after, sent an email, to order 2 more jars as I had not realized they were the small jars but never got an answer. So now I don't want another order. I like to do business with person to person contact where I can actually talk to someone if I have a problem either over the phone or by email.

My experience with English Tea Store was great. We purchased a gift for friends in the US from them and it was a lot easier and cheaper to buy from them and have delivered than to buy in England and send.

I just got back from England and wanted to have the same kind of tea I drank there. The tea I bought from the English Tea Store is very different from American teas. I'm happy with the rich flavor.

Decent website, organized, so if you know your categories, you will be able to find what you are looking for. Were a few out-of-stock items on what I would consider popular, but got mostly what I was after. Shipping took a reasonable amount of time, and payment options were good. Have used this website before with good results, so I was not disappointed. Everything is packaged well to prevent breakage or movement in box.

Loved the variety and prices! Being able to buy loose leaf tea at a reasonable price was fantastic! Came easily and no trouble at all. My husband is loving all the herbal varieties with hibiscus included!

First tasted cookies while in Ireland. They were delicious! Ordered on line and very satisfied with delivery and taste. Just wish I could order the chocolate chip cookies but they are not available on line

I live in an apartment complex with a somewhat peculiar unit numbering format that can confuse people who don't live here. I ordered some loose tea recently and the initial shipment was returned due to insufficient address. I called USPS and was told that the shipping label had no unit number. Then I called the ETS, telling them what had happened and asked for a reshipment. They processed my request pretty quickly. It was around Thanksgiving so I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent selection of teas and quality. I am always eager to browse through the seasonal offerings and this year Pumpkin Pie is so far my favorite. Frosty Plum Spice is my go-to winter tea. We are trying the Winter Cherry and Cranberry Apple this season and so far, no complaints! Very much appreciate the herbal teas for wellness and cold-b-gone. All are excellent. Very much appreciate how the teas are packaged in resealable kraft bags and beautifully labeled. Shipped with care, not just dumped in the box. If you have never shopped the English Tea Store before, I urge you to consider doing so.

I love this Jasmine Dragon Tears tea! The flavor reminds me of my visit to China. I have been experimenting as to how much to use. I only add about 8-10 pearls to my cup. It's a very mild and very flavorful tea.

I don't live near a whole leaf tea shop, so I have to order my tea. I've begun to find that the teas I enjoy are getting harder to order without a wait, including a good Darjeeling. Well, I didn't have to wait from the English Tea store and the price is right.

This was the first time I ordered from Truede. I had received a box of Turkish Delight last year as a Christmas gift. It was time for more, with the Christmas not far away. My order was faster than I expected and I'll definitely be using Truede again.
