Very quick delivery, and very well packaged. I was worried the crisps could arrive crushed, but they were very mindful in their packaging.

I have subscribed to the monthly tea variety pack for over three years, a Xmas present for my girlfriend. She loves the variety of samples, the ease we can switch from tea bags to loose tea. The extra treat each month is great, biscuits, chocolate or flavored honey sticks. Billing and shipping has never been a problem, support is first rate.
This last holiday season when I asked if there was anything special she'd like, she asked "you ARE renewing the tea again, right?".
My husband was surprised and delighted to receive this tea-of-the-month subscription from me as a gift. He loved the first month and can't wait to see what else he'll get this year!
