The website was good, I spoke with an agent, and she was so helpful. I received my shipment and am so excited to try your teas. I have a teavana tea pot i LOVE and often invite women to share tea with me from it! Been looking for a tea company, and hoping to enjoy yours! I ordered the Simpkins Butterscotch Flavored drops
And was disappointed in their taste. Just sweet and no butterscotch flavor. I've always been pleased with what I've ordered in the past. Just didn't think to much of these candies

Easy to access and order. Prices are fair.

Although i do miss a lot of products not available.

A suggestion link possibly on UK products that are generally popular to brits would be good. Especially around Christmas.

I ordered two types of chocolate tea. I should have paid closer attention to the notes. If you aren't a floral fan these are not for you.
The website is perfect, service and shipping excellent.

I needed a proper UK Christmas pud. It arrived, and that's what I received. The pudding was a little smaller than I expected (always a risk with online shopping) but it will serve to make our Christmas a bit special, without my putting on too many lbs.

There was a slight problem with my order but they were very proactive and reached out to me. It got resolved easily and I received all of my items shortly thereafter.

I placed an order for several different items. I received an email stating that some of my items were out of stock and asked if I wanted replacement items. I did not and they replied back that they found my items in another location and they would be shipped from there. 2 of the items I ordered were not in the initial package. I notified Customer Service and those items were immediately sent and I received them today. I think I must be on the email list 3 times as I am receiving notifications 3 times! I would appreciate it if this could be checked and resolved. Thank you so much!

The shipping was very fast and the the product was great, cannot wait to do business again and glad to have found this store.

Good products; however, website will not let you go back to continue shopping once you go to see your cart. In addition, a seal on a jar in my order was open so product was compromised. Too late for this item to be resent or reordered for my gift.

Nowadays you can't be sure things will arrive correct, quickly or at all. These candies showed up quickly, correct and with care.

I am enjoying my order. Delivery was great and communication was good also. I most likely will order again. Thank you so much!

Finding what I needed (mincemeat for mince pies) and ordering was easy but the package arrived damaged and the jar broken so had to be thrown away. The jar was not padded well. I will not order anything else.

Two of six jars were broken.
It took 3 emails to get a response and resolution.

I had placed an order with a delivery date of 11/28/2025. Other than the order confirmation, I did not receive any information regarding shipping until I reached out to English Tea Store to inquire about shipping on 11/29/2025. It appears that no shipping action was taken on my order until I proactively reached out. I placed my order with this company, over others, given the stated delivery date. Unfortunately, the event that I required delivery on passed without my being able to present the items I had ordered.

Quality Street is no longer what it used to be. The tin wasn't metal, the wrappers were no longer shiny, and although it was labeled 600g, it contained only 550g. The chocolates also didn't taste the same as the British version I remember…less rich and more generic overall.
