I've been ordering from The English Tea Store for years. I love the large variety of loose leaf teas and all the flavors to choose from. The delivery is fast and I will be coming back.

The products I ordered came quickly and as descriptor. I admit that I was testing some things out, and I was not disappointed. I received exactly what I ordered and was pleased, although I have yet to get that right opportunity to taste-test everything. From past experience I do not expect that to be a problem.

I've been buying teas from the English Tea Store for many years and I'm always satisfied with the quality of the tea and their prompt delivery. Highly recommend this company for high quality teas!

I found that English Tea Store had the Irish tea I wanted at a much better price than I found elsewhere. I ordered 1 box of loose tea, 1 box of tea bags, and a sampler pack of 5 tea bags. All the tea is delicious and has more caffeine than American tea, I am persuaded!

For anyone who likes tea and who also knows what tea mixes should taste like - this shop is the real deal! The tea and mixes are accurately described. The price point is right on target with most tea shops. Packaging and shipping are fast!

I've enjoyed the tradition of loose leaf brew, as the boiled water starts a cascade of flavor release, that continues for 20 solid minutes, and beyond, although too long can make the tea bitter. It's like an afternoon tradition, second to none.

I've used English Tea Store as my main source for teas for several years. The quality of the tea is always the best, and even when I've gotten one that didn't suit my taste, my friends are always asking if I have any I might part with!

I've been redecorating my kitchen and decided to design it for my Grandmother. Our love of all things Pink. I ordered a beautiful 6-cup pink teapot and was so excited on its arrival. Unfortunately, whomever packaged it, left open a lot of gaps and it broke in several pieces. I immediately contacted English Tea and within a very short time, I received word a new teapot was on its way. This time the extra care to wrapping fragile items was abundant and it arrived in excellent condition. I couldn't be happier with the teapot and the folks throughout English Tea for their services. I purchased Mileeven Jameson Irish Whiskey honey and it is the best around. It's not easy find and this was the best price around. The only unfortunate thing is that one of the jars leaked during shipping, creating a sticky mess. I guess I will be keeping that jar and giving the rest as gifts.

I have been ordering the same teas from English Tea Store for many years. After first trying out many different varieties of loose-leaf teas in the sampler size, I settled on English Breakfast No. 2, Earl Grey Cream, and Organic Wild Blueberry Black in the 16 oz size that keep me happy for months at a time.

I bought a varied selection of loose teas and tea bags in white, green, and black teas. They have all been delicious, fresh, well packaged, and good value for the money. All arrived promptly and were carefully packed in box before shipping.

My order arrived promptly and I am mostly satisfied. The spotted $#*! i ordered is a month expired though. I'm not sure i like the look of the clotted cream, either.

We have placed orders in the past and have been thrilled with the quality and speed at which we have received our orders. This time however we placed our Sept 30,2025, the money for the order was then charged but then rescinded from our account on Oct 8. That same day I emailed with customer service as I was concerned there was a problem with our card, they assured me there was no problem with our payment method and that our order would be processed shortly. I then went on your site to see what the delay was only to then see you were closed down until the 16th. We did not receive our order until Oct 23.2025. We were VERY disappointed as we sell your products at events and in our shoppe, and we had to explain to our upset costumers why our selection was so bare or nonexistent. This is the first time we have experienced this but thought you should be made aware of this experience as my order should have been filled before the company went on break, or I should have been notified that there would be a long delay so I could have had the time to get teas from another source for our events we had during that time.

The delivery experience this time was the best of several orders I have done at your store. And your teas are the best around!

Hubby is a serious tea man. We've been buying since 2022. Always a good experience. Tried a couple other companies last year but the teas weren't as good. Just placed 2 orders so we should be set for a while (I hope).

The product sounded nice as did the conceot and so we ordered it and are enjoying it very much. I confess I couldn't wait until December. I might have to order another one. I like how the box contains both caffeine and decaffeinated teas, as we are a house divided.
