I have been dealing with the English tea, store for years and have never had a problem with any delivery. Their tea is delicious. Their food products are very good. I like their tea cups and tea pots. It's just a great company to deal with.

This was a gift for my sister's mother-in-law who kept talking about the difference between Cadbury milk chocolates here in the US versus in England. The packaging was sublime with an ice pack, and then additional packaging around the chocolate so they did not. Not a single bar was broken as it arrived to us and it made a very happy English woman on Christmas Day. Truly in authentic Cadbury experience and we could not have done it without this delivery.!
Always easy to use your website and the billing section is very straight forward. I like that I can find the original Bisto rather than the awful granules that have lots of awful ingredients. You are also my source of Scots porridge oats. Of course when I shop I always find other "necessary" items. Happy New Year to all.

This was my first experience with the English Tea Store and it was perfect. The box was lovely and my friend was thrilled to receive it. The package arrived a day early! I will definitely recommend you to others.
I purchased quite a few jars of Clotted cream. It arrived safe and sound in a timely manner. The price was reasonable too.
