Ordering was easy but receiving my order on time before Christmas didn't happen. Was suppose to receive my order by 12/20 but received it 12/28. Couldn't make Christmas cookies without what I had ordered.

I ordered some lovely English chocolate gifts for my family to enjoy on Christmas Day. I placed the order on December 14 and was assured the gifts would be delivered in time for Christmas.
After placing the order, I was told my delivery date was December 24 by 9 p.m., which would have worked. On December 24, the delivery date was changed to December 25 by 9 p.m., which would technically have still been Christmas. However, the order was delivered on Christmas 26 in the late afternoon.
English Tea Store did not communicate with me at any time regarding the delay, nor was any apology made. I'll remember this next Christmas!
