In the past I've tried to get double strength, 1.75L bottles of squash from other providers. Things have been a bit 'hit and miss'. When I found that British Tea Store stocked the product at a good price I was thrilled. This is my second order and it will be far from my last. You are now my go to place for buying Robinson's squash at a reasonable price quickly shipped.

I always enjoy purchasing teas from the English tea store and discovering that you also carry honey sticks is also wonderful will shop here again soon

I love the selection! So many teas, tea accessories, and snacks that I can't buy anywhere else in the U.S. I was very happy that my order arrived in a timely manner and I will be ordering again!

The service was great but trying to get more than one item in my cart was a bear. On my phone I kept having to go back to the website and add one item at a time. Each time I had to open the website again.

Excellent experience. Delivered when promised. I wish there had been an option to write a note. I needed to call the recipients and tell them it was me.

Nice to find lemon curd in small containers. I love it, but use it infrequently. It doesn't get a chance to spoil in a small container.

I wanted to try the Indian Chai to see if I liked it as much or better than. The Cochin Madmsala chai. Great sale on the sample size so I bought severall. The Cochin Masala chai is still my favorite but I like the Indian chai and will drink that as well no also ordered cream Earl Gray but discovered I prefer the double Earl Gray much better.

The best selection of organic loose teas I have found. Ordering for years. Never a problem. Will continue to be a customer

Your website is easy to navigate and I like your comments. I rely on finding excellent recommendations for tea and other treats that you offer. I also like the ease in ordering and shipping is always on time.

Several of the food items were expired and/or crushed in shipping. This was the second time I've made a large order from your website, but it'll probably be the last. Sending customers expired food is unacceptable.

Tea tastes fresh and delicious 😋 It looks like organic leaves and flowers inside.
