During the ordering process, I had to check on the size of my product to make sure they would fit for my application. The staff member that assisted me was so kind and helpful, and provided the sizing of the product quickly. Throughout ordering and shipping the communication was great. Wandering around the Internet, looking for a genuine Brown Betty teapot, I came across the ETS's website. I could have purchased a pot from eBay or Etsy, but I couldn't be sure if I was truly getting the genuine article, or if it would come with a crack, etc. So I opted to go with ETS, where if I wasn't satisfied, I could easily return. The pot was well packaged and came quickly, with notification when it had been shipped. I was also able to use the USPS rather than UPS or FedEx (I have a post office box) as those two latter delivery services can be unreliable in Vermont. (Lots of mis-delivered packages in rural areas where GPS doesn't always work well.) If I need other "English" tea products again, I will certainly head to the English Tea Store first!

As I'd heard that it's the most popular tea in England, I just had to try Yorkshire. It is not on the shelves here in Western Colorado, so I was happy I was able to order it from you (and not Amazon). Next I have to try Yorkshire Gold!
