I really like that the English Tea Store has so many teas in sample size. The smaller size lets me decide if I like a flavor enough to buy the larger bag.
Disappointed in the packing of my items. The Eccles cakes I ordered were smashed. No care to the packing. Thrown in with bubble wrap, they were in the plastic bags they come in with the jars of jelly I ordered and other things so the bags were smashed opened and crumbs all in the box. Maybe a higher rating if more care was given. The shipping is expensive to Hawai'i so it wasn't a great experience.
Everything was clear on their website when you order. You know exactly what you are ordering and how much your order will be. My order was delivered in a timely way.

I have tried many of the teas they offer and have always been really good. Ther packaging and shipping have always been been good too. I really like ther scottish breakfast tea. I'M on my second pound now also ther steamed darjeeling green tea is great.
I wish you would carry the larger boxes with 80 or even 120 tea bags, that saves money ( or at least that is why I would like to order those).

I have always looked for the perfect Earl Grey, and have ordered from many different companies. This by far is the best. I ordered Earl Grey cream, which is just the perfect amount of cream and truly delicious, or all grey Metropolitan blend which I love and lavender or Grey. Wow.! I don't know which I like better.! Also the French blend is wonderful!
