The website is easy to use, selection is great and customer service is very polite.

I needed a 1 cup (mug) tea pot to brew my tea in the morning. English Tea Store had the most choices and the best prices. I am very satisfied with my little tea pot.

I had a wonderful variety of teas to choose from on the website and great delivery service. Now I get to enjoy the amazing teas I purchased. NOTHING like authentic British teas!

2. You should have alerted the customer to the name of the shipper who contacted me. When I got an email from them it looked like spam, so I trashed it. 3. the decaf English breakfast tea has little to no taste other than bitterness. Absolutely not worth the expense.

My order was shipped out in a timely manner. The packaging was good. Nothing came broken.

The website is easy to navigate and it's easy to find what you're looking for. I ordered English breakfast tea. Sadly, when I opened it, it smelled rancid. We ended up having to throw it out. Tea brews up and tastes exactly the way it smells.

It's really good and I have been enjoying tit. H th ry are decaf so I drink it twice a day with no concerns about consuming caffeine.

Shopping was lovely. The shipping box and items were intact. However, they could have been packaged better. They seemed haphazardly placed in the box. So there was more shifting during transit.

The shopping experience itself was good. The issue I had was not with English Tea Store but with USPS. My order sat in Oshkosh, WI for several days and inquiries made to USPS as to why were pointless. With only two tea bags left, a local store finally got more Barry's Gold in stock so I bought a box. You guessed it: the very next day my Tea Store order arrived. Still, I plan to buy more tea from English Tea Store in the future. Prices are good, they carry my favorite tea, and the one local store where I found it in the past is too unreliable with stocking it.

Placed my latest order while having computer problems caused by a FireFox update. Managed to find everything I was looking for: Organic Pearl River Green Tea and Organic Osprey Gunpowder Green Tea. I alternate them for my morning tea. I used to drink estate grown Darjeeling Tea, but switched to Green Tea for health reasons.

Although my name and address was correct on the label, the Package was delivered to the vacant house next-door and left by in the driveway by the garage door on a rainy day. Thankfully, my neighbor saw the package and brought it over to me.
Box was quite wet. Thankfully, tea not affected.

Looking for a place to order some delicious English chocolate. Very happy with my order.

My Digestive Biscuits, and Cream Crackers arrived in good order. Of course I opened the Digestives right away, and they were so good.
This is my first order with this company, and I am not disappointed with my dealings.

Thank you for having all your products. I am pleased to find the decaf tea that I am unable to purchase in my small community. Very easy to find products, get them ordered and receive them has been a blessing for me.

The tins are very cute. I was recently in England and enjoyed the tea very much so I was looking for something special to do remind me.
